Everything That We Have

For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith. (Romans 12:3 NKJV)

Let the lowly brother glory in his exaltation, but the rich in his humiliation, because as a flower of the field he will pass away (James 1:9 – 1:10 NKJV)

For no sooner has the sun risen with a burning heat than it withers the grass; its flower falls, and its beautiful appearance perishes. So the rich man also will fade away in his pursuits. (James 1:11 NKJV)

The faith that we have

The grace that we have

The ministry that we have

The gifts that we have

The riches that we have

The education that we have

They beauty that we have

The fame that we have

Everything that we have

Both spiritually and physically

Comes from God.

We must never ever consider ourselves

Better than anyone else

Based on spiritual or physical blessings.

Paul says we should think of others

As better than us.

Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. (Philippians 2:3 NKJV)

Our joy will know no bounds

As soon as we learn to respect and value

Others.

God Himself does not judge

By outward appearance and looks at the heart.

Since we cannot see the heart and we are commanded not to judge

We must stop thinking that we are better than anybody else.

For if there should come into your assembly a man with gold rings, in fine apparel, and there should also come in a poor man in filthy clothes, and you pay attention to the one wearing the fine clothes and say to him, “You sit here in a good place,” and say to the poor man, “You stand there,” or, “Sit here at my footstool,” have you not shown partiality among yourselves, and become judges with evil thoughts? (James 2:4 NKJV) (James 2:2 – 2:3 NKJV)

Even if we can see the heart, that would still not be enough reason

To judge who is inferior or superior.

Everything we have comes from the grace of God. They

Are all blessings so, we must

Always think of others as better than us.

We must realize that every man has dignity

And was created by God in His image. That reason alone is enough

To esteem man regardless of his circumstances or the level of grace that

God has given him.

We must never exalt people based on physical or spiritual blessings.

It is an evil mindset and that mindset comes from the world and we

Must reject the ways of the world.

I Will Fly With You

I will fly with you

Into the glories above

To behold the golden clouds

And magnificent mountains

That adorn

Your glorious city.

I will fly with you

And pierce the heavens

To behold wonders untold

And love unspeakable.

I will fly with you

To behold your beauty

And your grace.

We will eat together

At the table of fellowship

And intimacy.

When the feast is over,

I will rest in you

And breathe in you.

Your fragrance will be

My garment,

And my face with shine

And sparkle.

Jesus, put your arms around me,

Let us fly together

Like we once did,

Into beauty beyond words.

Glimpses Of Heaven

But he, being full of the Holy Spirit, gazed into heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God, and said, “Look! I see the heavens opened and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God!” (Acts 7:55 – 7:56 NKJV)

Stephen was filled with the Holy Spirit

And the Holy Spirit’s presence

In Him enabled Him to see the glory

Of God and Jesus.

Being filled with the Holy Spirit

Is so necessary if we are to be

Happy victorious Christians.

His presence will enable us to have

Glimpses of heaven, the glory of God

And Jesus.

His presence keeps us in touch with

Heaven as citizens of heaven.

His presence will stop us from

Having bad dreams and nightmares.

Instead of nightmares we will

Experience glory and play

With Angels.

Heavenly dreams are only

Possible through the reality of His glory

And presence.

As an Apostle, prophet, Evangelist and teacher

Of the good news,

I have had several glimpses of heaven

And I’ve sometimes seen myself in heaven with heavenly robes

Playing hide and seek with Angels and giggling

Like a little child.

I have had these experiences from an early age

And all I can say is heaven is so real.

There is simply

No distance in the spirit between heaven and earth.

One moment you are here and the next minute

You see your Spirt in heaven.

The reality of the Holy Spirit is all we need

To be constantly joyful in Christ.

However, this will require sanctification and spending

Long hours in prayer, praise and worship.

There is simply no quick fix. Jesus and Paul

Constantly prayed and sought the face of God.

Many years ago before I started

My spiritual journey to the beautiful mountain top

Where His glory dwells,

The Lord said to me,

“You must pay the price, you must spend time with me.”

He also said, “child give me your heart.”

He keeps saying to me, “seek my face and wait upon me.”

And He also told me how many hours

To spend in His presence every day.

Everything He has taught me has been very

Effective in helping me know

How to experience His presence

And the reality of the Holy Spirit.

He then instructed me

To share what He has taught me

Over the years about

Having a good relationship with Him.

Every revelation, vision and trance He has given

Me is for building up the body of Christ.

I pray that as we seek His face

And wait upon Him,

We will experience the reality

Of His Holy Spirit.

Don’t Despise Me

A long time ago

When I was still in a Church

That confesses Christ in lips

But delights in idolatry and false worship,

I had a vision.

Prior to the vision

I saw myself as one of the

Best lovers of God

Believing that my love for God

Was somehow almost unparalleled and unmatched

In its fervor and intensity.

I loved God quite alright

But the God I loved

Was my false idea of God,

And I did not know that.

I wallowed in deception

And delusion

Until I had this vision.

I was lying down

On my bed,

When I was suddenly transported

Into the Kingdom of God.

I was in a very large congregation

And the crowd was limitless.

A mighty Angel made

This announcement,

” All bow down and worship

The King of Kings

And Lord of Lords.”

Immediately he said this,

Every being in that congregation

Fell on their knees, bowed and worshipped,

Except me.

So sad – I was the only one

Who was standing.

I was not only standing,

I had my head turned away and tilted to a funny proud angle

With an ugly snear plastered all over my face.

I was looking at everyone with scorn

And wondering what they were doing.

I was perplexed and confused

Not understanding why they were

All bowing, kneeling and worshipping

Before Christ – I was so confused.

Then I found my self on my bed and

He said to me,

‘Don’t despise me, don’t despise me, worship me.”

I was greatly dumbfounded and shocked,

Wow!

I was so surprised at that revelation.

It was certainly a “rude awakening” and an unpleasant discovery.

However, it was the beginning of the renewal of my mind.

My false bubble burst, and

I realized then

That I did not really love Christ

But the Church I was born into

And it’s doctrines.

I honestly, honestly,

Thought I loved Christ

But the Lord Himself

Just showed me that

I despised Him.

He did not say, “don’t hate me.”

He said, “don’t despise me.”

I loved the doctrines

And the religion

But I was hostile and

Not submissive

To the word of God.

Sometime later

The Lord spoke to me and said,

“How can you love someone you don’t understand.”

I have always had the habit of telling Him

I love Him and how much I love Him

But He challenged that love

And led me to love Him the right way,

Through the word of God

And not through the doctrines of men.

To worship Him means

To exalt and love the word of God in humility,

Trust, faith and surrender.

He made me realize

That I could only love Him by understanding Him,

And the only way to understand Him

Is through His word.

He revealed to me that

To understand is to see someone spiritually

And to see someone spiritually is to love that person.

Love comes from spiritual sight and love and understanding

Go hand in hand.

In our relationship with Him,

We cannot love Him

Without spiritual sight or understanding

And this comes only

Through the word of God.

Can we really love Christ

And despise the word of God?

The truth is if you hate the word of God

You hate Christ.

Anti Christ means anti word of God.

The Christ that you think you love,

While vehemently rejecting the word of God,

Is a mirage, a fantasy and a delusion.

It is a false Christ, manufactured

And made up by the doctrines of men

To worship and glorify self, man

And mans depravity.

Any Christ that leads us to

Reject, contradict and despise the word of God,

Is an anti Christ.

I was wallowing deep in the mud,

With a false Christ,

However He woke me up

And led me to the real Christ,

Who is the word of God.

I definitely appreciate my “rude awakening.”

He Must Increase

This verse holds a great key

To victory in Christ.

For Christ to increase in us

And for us to decrease

Means that the word of God

Must constantly grow and increase

In us.

For Him to increase

Means that we reject every thought

Or idea that contradicts

The word of God,

And exalt the word of God alone.

If God says we are forgiven and

Our punishments are canceled,

We accept this like children

And thank Him.

If God says

Making images for prayer,

Is idol worship,

We accept this word like

Little children and obey it.

If God says that He does not

Live in temples made by human hands,

We reject so called holy or anointed oil,

Salt, water, alters, handkerchiefs

And other physical materials that take the place

God and prevent us from

Seeking the face of God

For His glory to descend.

We accept that the God

Who made heaven and earth

Cannot be locked

Up in a bottle of oil, water etc

To be controlled and released at will.

“However, the Most High does not dwell in temples made with hands, as the prophet says: (Acts 7:48 NKJV)

‘Heaven is My throne,

And earth is My footstool.

What house will you build for Me? says the LORD,

Or what is the place of My rest? Has My hand not made all these things?‘

“You stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart and ears! You always resist the Holy Spirit; as your fathers did, so do you (Acts 7:49 – 7:51 NKJV)

To reject the word of God

Is to resist the Holy Spirit.

It means that we despise Christ,

Profane the blood of Jesus,

And resist the Spirit of Grace.

For Him to increase means

Absolute humility,

As we constantly agree

With His truth – the word of God.

For us to decrease,

Means that every thought or idea,

In us that opposes and contradicts

The word of God

Must be rejected

So that they do not act as weeds

That choke the word of God

To death like in the

Parable of the sower.

As we exalt the word of God,

Abide in Him,

And allow the Holy Spirit

To control us and direct our lives,

Christ will produce

More and more fruits

Through us – His branches.

The more of Him in us

Is the less of self.

As He grows in us,

Through the word of God

Dwelling richly in us,

Our own contradictory ideologies,

Beliefs, doubts, dreams and desires

Will gradually give way

To Him and His word alone.

The more we die to self,

Through growth in the word of God,

The more His presence is released

Upon us.

Then we can truly

Know that the Christ that is in us,

Is the hope of glory

Through experiential knowledge

Of Him.

When we die to self,

Through His word dwelling fully in us

Meaning absolute surrender

To His word,

The power of Christ

Will rest upon us.

The Madness Called Love

You loose your senses

And fall in love.

It all goes well for a while,

However,

When the test of love comes,

The object of your love and affection

Gets jittery and realizes

That the sacrificial part of love

Is hard work and unpleasant

To the emotions.

The object of that love

decides to pull away

And find the next rush

To His adrenaline – a pleasant shock to His system

Based on mere feelings without deep root.

So what is the meaning of love

Or falling in love?

Falling in love is wonderful

As long as the love grows

Deep enough to be sacrificial

And resolve conflicts.

If there is no giving, kindness

And the ability to sacrifice and work

Hard at making love work,

Then, all I can see is great folly

And madness.

The Heavenly Ballroom

I can remember

That night in London so well.

I had spent several hours

Thanking the Lord

For His precious blood

That set me free.

This thanksgiving was

In obedience to the revelations

He had given me

Several times

About the importance of gratitude

And thanksgiving and celebrating Him

For His great salvation

And redemption

Given to us

Through His precious blood.

As I made melody in my heart

To Him,

And thanked Him

With love and worship,

I fell into a trance.

I was suddenly

In a glorious and spacious ballroom

In heaven.

There were many of us

All dressed in extraordinarily beautiful

White garments,

Studded with indescribable

Gemstones.

My gown was so breathtaking

In beauty that I still marvel

At the delightful recall.

We sat and waited

For that one special one

In eager anticipation

Of dancing with Him.

Suddenly,

He appeared in that glorious

Ballroom,

Breathtaking and powerful

In appearance and beauty.

Then I woke up

From my trance,

Wishing

That the trance had lasted

A bit longer.

He appeared because

I obeyed Him,

And rejoiced in His salvation

With thanksgiving and love.

As a result,

The word of God

Penetrated deep into me

With His glorious presence

And cleaned my garments

Washing me

White as snow

Leading to intimacy and fellowship.

The word of God

Is glorious and powerful.

It is the word of God – the good news of salvation

That saves our souls,

As we accept it,

And cling to it

In thanksgiving, praise and worship.

May we constantly glorify

The word of God – the good news

Of our redemption and salvation

Amen.

Hallelujah Jesus

Conquered death, sin, hell and the grave.

He has given us victory

Praise God!

The Implanted Word

Therefore put away all filthiness and rampant wickedness and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls. (James 1:21 ESV)

The Bible says that the blood of Jesus saves and here we can see another kind of salvation by the word of God. This means that even though the blood of Jesus has saved us and still saves us, if we reject the word of God that points us towards dependence on the blood of Jesus, praise, thanksgiving, worship, prayer and obedience, our souls will die from lack of faith and nourishment.

The word of God is the water, food and meat that nourishes, builds up and strengthens the soul. Without the word of God, we are finished and faith will become impossible. What do we base faith on? The word of a God.

So it is vital to accept the precious word that saves and transforms the soul.

The One You Have Now Is Not Your Husband

For you have had five husbands, and the one you now have is not your husband. (John 4:18 ESV)

So many women have had

Many husbands

And the one they have now

Is not their husband

They have lived with men

That did not marry them

Hoping the man would marry them

And the men did not.

After the first failure or mistake,

They move to another man

Trying their luck

Until it becomes a vicious cycle

Of abuse

As men take advantage of their weakness

And desperation.

Jesus did not condemn her,

He was compassionate towards her

As he knew how desperately she was seeking happiness

He then asked her to seek for the real person

The Living Water – the Holy Spirit,

Precious gift of God.

This woman was obviously

Living with a man

And playing wife to him

However,

He was not her husband

Jesus said,

“You have had five husbands

And the husband you

Have now is not

Your husband.”

So Jesus is effectively

Telling her that

The husband she had

Is not her husband

Jesus called him her husband

Yet, acknowledged

That he was not her real husband

It is very possible

To live with, put on the wifely garment

and play perfect wife to a man who

Secretly does not wish to marry us.

It is also possible to

Marry someone who is not our

Husband or wife.

So many people are living with

People that are not their spouses

And find themselves in God’s

Permissive will – not His perfect will.

In this woman’s case

She was probably living

With a man she wasn’t married to

Not necessarily married to a man

That is against God’s will for her life

We must be very careful

Because wrong husband or wife

Will certainly mean

Unfulfilled destiny

Because our real spouse

Is the one sent from above

To help us fulfill destiny.

Marching Forward

But we are not of those who shrink back and are destroyed, but of those who have faith and preserve their souls. (Hebrews 10:39 ESV)

This scripture is telling us that those who shrink back from following Christ get destroyed. We are encouraged to have faith and preserve our souls. The only way to do this is to follow Christ at all cost – In plenty and hunger, poverty and wealth, sickness and health, sadness and joy.

God does not like the bad times but sometimes, we pass through difficulties as a result of inherited afflictions, trials, judgement or persecution.

In times like this, we must respond positively by seeking God’s help and grace but we must never give up or say it is God’s will. God does not enjoy evil or seeing people suffer.

All we need to do is be humble enough to wait upon Him and seek His face in prayer, obedience and worship. He wants absolute trust and dependence and as he sees our loving and positive response to difficulties, he steps in and rescues us.

We must not turn back but keep marching forward to spiritual maturity and heaven.
