And you shall know the truth ie the word ,the Spirit and Jesus. The Holy Spirit gives truth and wisdom. He reveals the written word and makes it make sense.
By the Holy Spirit the meaning of the word will be revealed to you and truth will fill your soul.
The Holy Spirit reveals Jesus to you and glorifies Jesus. Jesus is both the word of God and the glory of God.
The truth that you know and walk in will set you free.
It is possible to know the truth and refuse to discipline yourself and walk in it.
And you shall know the truth and truth that you know and walk in will surely set you free. Amen 🙏
Know the voice of the Holy Spirit. It is the Holy Spirit that will tell you if your affliction is godly sorrow/judgement/discipline or inherited/ancestral curse. Godly sorrow is God’s discipline, and it is caused by unrepented/unforsaken sin. It has a legal right to torment you until you repent and forsake it.
Inherited, parental and ancestral sins do not have legal right over you. They died by the word of God and the blood of Jesus, the day that you became born again. By faith and aggressive prayer, you need to make sure that you kick out every stubborn demon, or affliction that has been swallowed by the blood of Jesus, and doesn’t have a right over you except through ignorance, deception and spiritual laziness.
Jesus already set you free from past confessed, forsaken sin. Any sin that has been renounced and discarded should not hold you captive. However, if you are ignorant of the word of God, you will find yourself paying for sin that Jesus has already paid for.
You need faith in the blood of Jesus and the deliverance that He purchased for you with His blood. If by the Holy Spirit, you can differentiate between godly sorrow/discipline and sin’s that should no longer hold you captive, you will know how to fight your battles.
If the Holy Spirit reveals to you that your affliction is caused by a sin that you are still committing, then the only way out is to apply Hebrew 12:5 and repent of that sin. The purpose of God’s discipline is for you to recognize your wrongdoing and change/repent.
So, know the difference. If you are ignorant, you might think that a problem caused by inherited curses/ancestral and parental idol worship is godly discipline. Chronic, persistent poverty is often caused by ancestral/parental idol worship. It is not godly discipline. Apply faith and prayer, and let God deliver you from every lie of the devil still afflicting you. Also, repent of every sin that is giving the devil an upper hand or legal ground in your life.
Hebrews 12:5 – ESV
And have you forgotten the exhortation that addresses you as sons? “My son, do not regard lightly the discipline of the Lord, nor be weary when reproved by him.
So when you are assembled and I am with you in spirit, and the power of our Lord Jesus is present, hand this man over to Satanfor the destruction of the flesh, so that his spirit may be saved on the day of the Lord. 1 Corinthians 5:4-5
It is God’s power that executes judgement, and hands a person over to Satan for the destruction of the flesh. People are so scared of Satan, and are not scared of God, yet the Bible advices us to fear the one who can destroy both body and soul in hell.
God wants us to love Him, and obey Him out of love and reverence, but for those who find it so difficult to love God, they can least fear Him as the judge. That is simply wisdom.
We fear authority here on earth and a lot of people do not want problem with police, the law, law enforcement officers, the judge etc. But man is easily deceived into not fearing instituted spiritual authority.
Well, God is the spiritual authority, power and judge. He simply hands man over to Satan or spiritual tormentors and prison wardens until they pay the full fine and penalty.
And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due unto him. Matthew 18:34
Jesus had fear of the Lord so who are we to mock God and insult Him?
All power belongs to God, including the power of judgement. In this Scripture, Paul passed judgement on a man that was having immoral relationship with his father’s wife and asked the Church to hand the man to Satan by God’s power for the destruction of the flesh.
They were asked to do this when the power of God manifests. That was the same fate that Ananias and Sapphira suffered.
Behold the kindness and sternness or severity of God. God can save and destroy, kill and give life. His has the power of justice and must execute justice as a just God. He is not partial so we need to think twice before harming others.
What we sow is what we will reap, but mercy triumphs over judgement, and when this world is over, those in the Kingdom of God will say final goodbye to judgement. All powers will be destroyed. Death will be destroyed, victory will be sure and everlasting – Glory to God.

The Bible says that man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that comes out of the mouth of God. It seams that nowadays people no more care about clinging to every word that comes out of the mouth of God. They accept any and every doctrine that is convenient to them because they still love the flesh and have not crucified the flesh.
The truth is that the human flesh, lust and cravings are the true enemies of man not Satan and not God. Satan is the enemy and adversary but you have to hand over your will and permit him to rule over you by giving him an upper hand and foothold. We are the ones that open the door of sin and judgement not God and not Satan. Satan and demons will only do what you permit them to do.
We have free will but Satan and demons do not have free will so that automatically makes man superior to them but man does not appreciate his position and wants to outdo demons in evil. So shameful. The Bible instructs us to resist the devil and he will flee.
God gave Adam dominion over all things meaning that Adam was superior to all things including death until he sinned and sin and death began to rule over him.
In the same way Christ has restored our position and made it possible for us to rule over sin and death by His Spirit and grace but a lot of believers still love the flesh and sin. The root cause of false doctrine is impure desires. The more you desire and know the word of God and the Holy Spirit, the more submissive you will be to the will of God but if you do not desire the word and will of God or have just a partial desire to the will and word of God, sin and judgment will have some sort of dominion over you.
False doctrines usually entice people away from the will of God and lead them into idol, self and money worship. The true word of God or healthy doctrine leads us into the will and arms of God not judgement.
If we read from Revelation 2:20 to 26, we will see that Christ told the believers in a Church that lured them to sin with false doctrines that He would rebuke, punish and kill the children of that Church. He also said that He had given them time to repent but they refused. It is not a joke, judgement begins in the house of God.
May we decide today to always pray for truth, deny impure desires and motives and reject false doctrines. May great grace be upon us. May grace, mercy and truth be ours in full measure in Jesus name.
