Know the voice of the Holy Spirit. It is the Holy Spirit that will tell you if your affliction is godly sorrow/judgement/discipline or inherited/ancestral curse. Godly sorrow is God’s discipline, and it is caused by unrepented/unforsaken sin. It has a legal right to torment you until you repent and forsake it.
Inherited, parental and ancestral sins do not have legal right over you. They died by the word of God and the blood of Jesus, the day that you became born again. By faith and aggressive prayer, you need to make sure that you kick out every stubborn demon, or affliction that has been swallowed by the blood of Jesus, and doesn’t have a right over you except through ignorance, deception and spiritual laziness.
Jesus already set you free from past confessed, forsaken sin. Any sin that has been renounced and discarded should not hold you captive. However, if you are ignorant of the word of God, you will find yourself paying for sin that Jesus has already paid for.
You need faith in the blood of Jesus and the deliverance that He purchased for you with His blood. If by the Holy Spirit, you can differentiate between godly sorrow/discipline and sin’s that should no longer hold you captive, you will know how to fight your battles.
If the Holy Spirit reveals to you that your affliction is caused by a sin that you are still committing, then the only way out is to apply Hebrew 12:5 and repent of that sin. The purpose of God’s discipline is for you to recognize your wrongdoing and change/repent.
So, know the difference. If you are ignorant, you might think that a problem caused by inherited curses/ancestral and parental idol worship is godly discipline. Chronic, persistent poverty is often caused by ancestral/parental idol worship. It is not godly discipline. Apply faith and prayer, and let God deliver you from every lie of the devil still afflicting you. Also, repent of every sin that is giving the devil an upper hand or legal ground in your life.
Hebrews 12:5 – ESV
And have you forgotten the exhortation that addresses you as sons? “My son, do not regard lightly the discipline of the Lord, nor be weary when reproved by him.
Do not be deceived. Righteousness attracts God’s glory. It is an armor of God. God rewards faithfulness – He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. The Bible emphasizes faith and works. Faith without works is dead and saying Lord, Lord without walking in God’s will is futile and a deception.
Do not let the enemy outwit you, outwit him with the complete armor of God. Put on the full gospel. Cherish the word of God. Fight, fight!. Walking in holiness is a significant part of fighting the good fight of faith. Jesus struggled against sin and won. Defeat sin and anything that takes you away from God’s perfect will.
For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, And His ears are open to their prayers; But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.”
Sometimes, there are things and even people that come between us and God’s will for our lives.
The truth is that you cannot complete your assignment and destiny with the wrong people in your life. Also, you cannot be a mature believer or get to sonship with wrong things in your life like sin or obsession with material things.
You cannot be a warrior if you are fiends with the world and listen to possessed worldly musicians. Not all of them are possessed but you need to be led by the Holy Spirit and keep away from possessed entertainers.
They pollute your aura and feed off your energy – that is precisely why they are possessed. They are possessed to have that ability to spiritually kill, rape, steal and feed on humans without being detected as evil people. They look extremely innocent physically. That is why we need to be led by the voice of the Holy Spirit. Do not be deceived and do not be afraid but be filled with wisdom.
Be wise and discerning. Jesus has already died for us. We are the ones that should make every every effort to draw close to God, cleanse ourselves and make ourselves vessels of Honor. We need to cooperate with God.
Remove every weight that pulls you backwards. Avoid people that lead you into sin.
Pray for complete separation from every thing that is separating you from the perfect will of God for your life.
We are called to resist, struggle, and fight against sin. We have not yet struggled to the point of shedding blood like Jesus. By God’s grace, power, grace and help, you can be a mature believer, whose only passion and desire is to please God always.
May God lead you to the golden mountaintop of spiritual maturity, and victory, in Jesus name.
We often depend on ourselves when all we need to do is depend on God for more grace and help. God knows our weaknesses, struggles, failures, pains and disappointments. He is our comforter, and ardently wants to help us by giving us all the grace that we need for this present life.
Our flesh and the distractions of this world deter us and imprison us in a world of self struggle and self dependence. We must struggle against sin, but not by our own power. Our struggle must be done with the help of the Holy Spirit. He is our helper and comforter, so we need to give Him His place in our lives in total and absolute surrender.
For if you live according to your human nature, you are going to die; but if by the Spirit you put to death your sinful actions, you will live. Romans 8:13
It is only by the power of the Holy Spirit that we can defeat sin. Sometimes, we actually forget that without Him, we can do nothing and that it is God’s Spirit that gives life, grace and Holiness.
There is a law and a power that is at work in us, making us have the propensity to sin. Man is naturally drawn towards sin as a result of the fallen human nature. However, the grace of God to live above and beyond sin is greater and the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of grace.
May we step aside today and let Him lead us and empower us to live above sin. May He kill the desire and lust for sin in us and wash us from the inside out. May we let Him be the captain of our lives because that is why He is here on earth.
“Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you. “And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgement: “of sin, because they do not believe in Me; “of righteousness, because I go to My Father and you see Me no more.” (John 16:7 – 16:10 NKJV)
The Holy Spirit gives conviction. Conviction is a firmly held belief or opinion. Where there is total darkness or doubt, He will step in to shine His light and let it reign. We are not able to accept light and truth without the Holy Spirit’s enablement. As the giver of knowledge, wisdom and truth, conviction will not enter and stay in our hearts concerning any topic or subject in the word of God without the power of the Holy Spirit
Redemption
The Holy Spirit convicts us about our redemption – He is the one that enables us believe that all our past and forsaken sins are forgiven and cancelled. He makes us stand on the word of God to resist the devil steadfast in faith, conviction and confidence. He exalts the finished work of the cross and makes us rejoice in our salvation.
It is the Holy Spirit’s conviction that makes us say, by His stripes we are healed, all my sins are washed away and the blood of Jesus set me free and cancelled my punishments and debts. Hallelujah! He is powerful in faith and conviction and those who lean on Him and cling to Him build up massive, extraordinary faith.
Without Him, we will keep on making sacrifices and offerings for sins like pagans. He is also the one that convinces us that Jesus is Lord. He is the one that makes you believe the supremacy of Christ over everything including death and the grave.
Therefore I want you to know that no one who is speaking by the Spirit of God says, “Jesus be cursed,” and no one can say, “Jesus is Lord,” except by the Holy Spirit. 1 Corinthians 12:3
I am the living one! I was dead, but now I am alive forever and ever. I have authority over death and the world of the dead. Revelation 1:18
Sin
The Holy Spirit convinces us and brings conviction about sin. He is the one that makes you accept that lying and gossiping are evil. He makes us keep away from hurting others. He makes us reject idolatry, adultery, fornication, homosexuality, pride and other vices. Without His conviction , we will romance and pamper sin. We will also approve of sin and give approval to those who sin. Without Him we will encourage sin in our lives and in the lives of others.
For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like a mortal human being and birds and animals and reptiles.
Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshipped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen.
Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.
Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done. They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; they have no understanding, no fidelity, no love, no mercy. Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them. Romans 1:21-32
The Example Of Joseph
The Lord was with Joseph so he was convinced about sin, righteousness and judgement. There are some men that will fall flat on their faces and accept that evil offer and apple from Potiphar’s wife. They are so careless, irresponsible and reckless that they would oblige her without shame or batting an eye lid. In their foolhardiness, they would forget the penalty for adultery when caught.
Now Joseph was handsome in form and appearance. And after a time his master’s wife cast her eyes on Joseph and said, “Lie with me. ” But he refused and said to his master’s wife, “Behold, because of me my master has no concern about anything in the house, and But he refused and said to his master’s wife, “Behold, because of me my master has no concern about anything in the house, and he has put everything that he has in my charge. ((Genesis 39:6 – 39:8 ESV)
He is not greater in this house than I am, nor has he kept back anything from me except yourself, because you are his wife. How then can I do this great wickedness and sin against God?” (Genesis 39:9 ESV)
Can a man carry fire next to his chest
and his clothes not be burned (Proverbs 6:27 ESV)
Why should you be intoxicated, my son, with a forbidden woman
and embrace the bosom of an adulteress?
(Proverbs 5:20 ESV)
Or can one walk on hot coals
and his feet not be scorched?
So is he who goes in to his neighbor’s wife;
none who touches her will go unpunished (Proverbs 6:28 – 6:29 ESV)
They live that way because they do not have the Holy Spirit and so there is no conviction about sin. They call good, evil and call evil, good. However, Joseph called evil, evil. He said, ‘ how can I do this great wickedness and sin against God.’ He realised that the evil was against God not just Potiphar. Every harm we cause others is actually hurt and evil against God their maker.
Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’
The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’ Matthew 25:37-40
Righteousness
The Holy Spirit is the one that brings conviction into our hearts about holiness and righteousness. He makes us seek the Kingdom Of God and it’s righteousness first. He makes us serve God alone instead of God and mammon. He enables and empowers us to hate sin and love righteousness. He made Joseph resist the snares and seductions of Potiphar’s wife.
He was constantly with Jesus and Paul and they embraced and maintained righteousness. They were undeterred and unfettered in their quest for Holiness and pleasing God. They had unfettered and unrestricted access to vast oceans of holiness, righteousness and purity resident in God through His Holy Spirit.
You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness; therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions by anointing you with the oil of joy.” Hebrew 1:9
Judgement
The Holy Spirit is the one that convinces us that the ruler of this world has been Judged and dethroned. When we understand and have that conviction that sin and death have been judged and dethroned, we will not let sin rule us. Sin, darkness and unbelief are all fruits of death. Since death has been judged it will be foolhardy of us to keep embracing him and romancing Him.
For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. Romans 6:14
Judgement will come because the ruler of this world has already been judged.
John 16:11 New Living Translation
The time for judging this world has come, when Satan, the ruler of this world, will be cast out. John 12:31
And about judgement, because the prince of this world now stands condemned.
John 16:11 NIV
Nevertheless, death reigned from the time of Adam to the time of Moses, even over those who did not sin by breaking a command, as did Adam, who is a pattern of the one to come. Romans 5:14
May we all realise that we are helpless without the help of the Holy Spirit. May He bring deep, lasting convictions into our hearts and make up fruitful and abundant in faith, hope, love, holiness and righteousness in Jesus Name.

Vileness With Focus On Sexual Immorality
Humans exalt vileness. Yes, they do and I will tell you how. When humans defend sin and perversion, they are exalting vileness. Men are the ones that make excuses for fornication, adultery and homosexuality. What is the meaning of all this? I really don’t know.
Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie (Revelation 22:14 – 22:15 NKJV)
A minister I once knew said to me, ‘fornication is not a sin and is not bad, God can forgive Evangelists anything because of their high calling.’ I shuddered. That is one big lie. I examined his life and found out he lived what he believed and would always make excuses for fornication.
That is the same way that adulterers and homosexuals make excuses for what they practice. Some non homosexuals even make excuses for them and campaign on their behalf but the word of God advises us not to share in the sins of others. We must never make excuses for our sins and the sins of others.
We must not encourage ourselves in our sins and we must not encourage others to keep on sinning, rather it is our obligation to pray for ourselves and others to repent and turn away from sin. That is love. Love is when you know that a certain lifestyle can attract judgement and harm and you enlighten people to desist from actions capable of attracting the judgement of God into their lives. The worst judgement is hell – we must help people escape hell not push people into hell.
Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell. Mathew 10:28
If you love the fornicators, adulterers and homosexuals then pray for them. With God, nothing is impossibly. I know for a fact that some homosexuals are victims who were unwittingly sacrificed on the alter of life. They need prayers not encouragement to persist in an abnormal lifestyle. Homosexuality is also some sort of judgement for idol worship, God rejection and refusing to retain knowledge of God.

People can disagree with me for saying some of the homosexuals were scarified and get angry but I speak the truth as a an Apostle, prophet, evangelist, and teacher of the good news. The Lord has shown me deep mysteries and shown me the operations of several kingdoms and there are some I cannot even share. Life is a mystery and life is spiritual – if you look at life from the physical perspective without fear of God, you are not wise. James says we must ask for wisdom if we lack wisdom.
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; all who follow his precepts have good understanding. To him belongs eternal praise. Psalm 111:10
Sin is deeper than we think – it is spiritual. Sinners including homosexuals are victims and slaves in bondage and must be prayed for in love but never encouraged. The unbelievers are permanent slaves while Christians are temporary slaves. When you go out there and march for gay rights as a Christian you are a partaker of something that is not your business. Love everyone and pray for everyone but don’t share in the sins of others. Pray to God for supply of more grace to heal people from every form of sin. Sin is sin and is a perversion of nature and creation.
Very soon some so called Christians will go out there and march for adultery right and fornication right. Mind your own business and pray. Do not march for anything that is against the word of God. When you do that, you are marching against Christ the stone and if Christ decides to fall on you, you won’t be able to bear His weight.
As it is written:
“Behold, I lay in Zion a stumbling stone and rock of offense,
And whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame (Romans 9:33 NKJV)
“And whoever falls on this stone will be broken; but on whomever it falls, it will grind him to powder.” (Matthew 21:44 NKJV)
Jesus said to them, “Have you never read in the Scriptures:
’The stone which the builders rejected
Has become the chief cornerstone.
This was the LORD’s doing,
And it is marvellous in our eyes’ ? (Matthew 21:42 NKJV)
We Christians must stop giving God bad name by our actions. We must decide whom to follow and stop being in between and lukewarm.
Sin is not the problem, pride and attitude is the problem. There is no sin that God does not forgive. We must not claim to know more that God. If God calls something a sin, we must accept it and agree with that word. Humility is agreements with the truth. When we oppose what he has said out of stubbornness and pride, that is where the real problem lies.
Just as Eve believed that God lied to her and believed the devil, when we reject what God has said concerning homosexuality and sin we become opposers, criticisers and judges of God – that is the real problem. We become haters of the word of God and God.
Even if at one time we judged Christ according to human standards, we no longer do so. 2 Corinthians 5:16
The blood of Jesus already set us free, it is our pride and stubbornness that destroys us not the sin. Why? If we admit and agree that we sinned or that fornication, adultery and homosexuality are sins, and sincerely plead with God for help and grace in humility, God is so loving, kind and gracious that He embraces us with extraordinary love. It is the hatred of the word of God that grieves God. Hatred of the word of God is hatred of Jesus.
He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God. Revelation 19:13
But he gives us more grace. That is why Scripture says: “God opposes the proud but shows favour to the humble.” James 4:6
When we oppose and contradict the word of God, we are dragging and contesting superiority with God, and that is the real problem.
Our mindset is what grieves God. Brethren, if you claim to be a Christian and a lover of Christ – the word of God, do not defend any thing that has been labelled a sin by the word of God even lying and gossiping that look like they are little compared to murder. Sin is sin and must be denounced and rejected publicly and vigorously.
Sin is nothing and less than nothing – we must look at sin as inferior to the blood of Jesus. When we put sin in its proper place, the desire and temptation will die.
If I fall into any kind of sin, I don’t pamper that sin or make excuses for it. I admit it before God, ask for forgiveness and ask for grace to completely eradicate it from my life – that is what God expects. Ultimately, we must get to a place of maturity where sin becomes alien to us. That is God’s expectation and desire. He hates lukewarmness and halfhearted devotion.
So, because you are lukewarm–neither hot nor cold–I am about to spit you out of my mouth. Revelation 3:16
The urge for any sin can die, by the grace of God and the blood of Jesus, if we decide to let go of that urge and not glorify the urge or evil desire. All God wants is admission, repentance and humility.
Only acknowledge your guilt– you have rebelled against the LORD your God, you have scattered your favours to foreign gods under every spreading tree, and have not obeyed me,'” declares the LORD. Jeremiah 3:33
Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
Are you ashamed of your state and sin, run to Jesus. He understands every struggle with homosexuality, fornication and adultery. He is waiting with love and arms opened wide to hug you and heal your broken heart. Yes, it is broken heartedness that leads to evil desires. Once He fills you up, and you feel complete and whole, you won’t have those desires again.
Recently the Lord appeared to me and my white garment was stained. I had not spent the usual number of hours that he commanded me to spend each day with Him because of certain events beyond my control that needed my attention.
In the vision I talked with Him and told him I love him. I was a bit far from Him and He said, ‘my love come to me.’ I went closer and He looked so handsome and I said, ‘Daddy! My father, please I need you, don’t deny me yourself because I can’t live without you. Come upon me, ‘ He did, and I started speaking in tongues as I exclaimed, ‘you are handsome, so handsome! You are the most handsome man I have ever seen and I don’t look good.’ I bent my head in shame and I could not look Him in the face. He put his palm under my chin to raise it up so I could look at Him. ‘I understand weakness,’ He said tenderly and lovingly with great compassion. Then I prayed, ‘please give me the me the grace to be loyal to you always.’ I also made some specific requests concerning my assignment and ministry and I finished with , ‘ I love you.’
I came out of the vision and His words kept on ringing and echoing in my mind. He understands weakness. He was so loving and so compassionate that I was energised and invigorated to come out of my weakness. I went back to my normal routine of spending hours in His presence and my garment became white again.
The Lord commanded me to denounce sin everywhere so it is my obligation before God to denounce idolatry, fornication, adultery, homosexuality and every other sin in line with that command. I do it out of love for humanity and man. I believe that every Christian owes it to Christ who saved them to denounce sin and not pamper sin.
If we do that, combined with prayer, the captives of the mighty will be delivered and the world will be a better place with less evil and less divine judgement.
The Lord Himself understands weakness and our struggles with fornication, adultery and homosexuality. He was tempted too but He did not sin. We must fight off sin because our great compassionate big Daddy is here to help us win the battle against sin. We must not hug and pamper any sin including homosexuality.
In your struggle against sin, you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding your blood. Hebrews 12:4
Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for
“God resists the proud,
But gives grace to the humble (1 Peter 5:5 NKJV)
A son of sin is the one who believes in gay rights, loves the sin and approves of it without any desire to repent or ask for help. The slave is the one who struggles with sin including homosexuality and is ashamed. The slave repents and asks for help while the son sees nothing wrong with it.
A son of sin campaigns for gay rights and spits at the face of Christ. The son is the one who hates Christians and anyone who dares to tell him to change his lifestyle. The slave will go to heaven through the blood of Jesus because of his humility and the son will go to hell because of his pride. Christians who commit sin and are remorseful will be saved.
Christians who are trapped in sin and seeking God will be saved even by the destruction of the same flesh that is drawing them into destruction. Christians who persist in sins are handed over to the devil for the destruction of the flesh so that they can be saved in the day of the Lord. Judgement also begins in the house of God and that judgement should lead to godly sorrow.
It is actually reported that there is sexual immorality among you, and of a kind that even pagans do not tolerate: A man is sleeping with his father’s wife. And you are proud! Shouldn’t you rather have gone into mourning and have put out of your fellowship the man who has been doing this? For my part, even though I am not physically present, I am with you in spirit. As one who is present with you in this way, I have already passed judgement in the name of our Lord Jesus on the one who has been doing this. So when you are assembled and I am with you in spirit, and the power of our Lord Jesus is present, hand this man over to Satan for the destruction of the flesh,ab so that his spirit may be saved on the day of the Lord. 1 Corinthians 5: 1-5
Timothy, my son, I am giving you this command in keeping with the prophecies once made about you, so that by recalling them you may fight the battle well, holding on to faith and a good conscience, which some have rejected and so have suffered shipwreck with regard to the faith. Among them are Hymenaeus and Alexander, whom I have handed over to Satan to be taught not to blaspheme. 1 Timothy 1:18-20
For it is time for judgement to begin with God’s household; and if it begins with us, what will the outcome be for those who do not obey the gospel of God? 1 Peter 4:17
Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death. 2 Corinthians 7:10
Vileness must never be exalted by the sons of men – it is pathetic and sad when men exalt and pamper vileness. It is simply ugly and profound in its ugliness and it is a road to nowhere.
