Another Gospel

But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed (Galatians 1_8 NKJV).png

But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed (Galatians 1:8 NKJV)

As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed. (Galatians 1:9 NKJV)

I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel, which is not another; but there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the gospel of Christ (Galatians 1:6 – 1:7 NKJV)

There is a curse on people who preach other gospels different from the one that Jesus and the Apostles preached. The gospel that Jesus and the Apostles preached is our benchmark, yardstick, standard, guide, model, pattern, point of reference and measuring rod. We must compare our doctrines and teachings with the teachings of Jesus and the apostles to ensure there are no deviations and variations. The Berean Christians did it.

Now the Bereans were more noble-minded than the Thessalonians, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if these teachings were true. Acts 17:11

We have the Scriptures and a gospel that we must never overlook or contradict. Even if an angel comes from the sky or a spirit puts on clothes that look like Jesus’s clothes and claims to be Jesus then contradicts the Bible we must not accept it. We must test the spirits with the word of God. John said that any spirit that says Jesus did not come in flesh is an anti Christ Spirit. Bible contradictory and conflicting teachings are anti word of God because the word of God glorifies Jesus. False teachings glorify the flesh. They are the imaginations and works of the flesh.

For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. Matthew 24:24

Jesus also warned us that false Christ’s will appear. False Christ’s and false Apostles will appear because they were prophesied by the Scriptures but they are under a curse. Teachers must ensure that they follow the holy benchmark or standard. If they deviate and start preaching false doctrines, they become false apostles and invoke curses on themselves. The worst curse of it all is hell and the second death.

Not everyone who calls out to me, ‘Lord! Lord!’ will enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Only those who actually do the will of my Father in heaven will enter. On judgment day many will say to me, ‘Lord! Lord! We prophesied in your name and cast out demons in your name and performed many miracles in your name.’ But I will reply, ‘I never knew you. Get away from me, you who break God’s laws.’ Matthew 7: 21-23

May God protect us all from false Christ’s, false apostles and false gospels.

But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 15_57 NKJV)

But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 15:57 NKJV)

Who delivered us from so great a death, and does deliver us; in whom we trust that He will still deliver us, (2 Corinthians 1:10 NKJV)

God has given us victory by redeeming us, and delivering us from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of God. The same God gives us victory and will give us victory. God is not a God of past tense alone. He is God of past, present and future. Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever.

The same Jesus that saved us with His blood is waiting for you to call upon His mighty name. At the mention of His name every knee must bow. He is the high priest that meets our needs, and our God will supply all our needs according to His riches in glory.

Do not relegate God to the past alone. Go into the throne of grace where there is help with faith, worship and thanksgiving and the God of all grace will meet your needs, as you present your petitions to Him. He is a God that answers prayers and our prayers go up like incense before Him.

The smoke of the incense, together with the prayers of God’s people, went up before God from the angel’s hand. Revelation 8:4

He is a God of yesterday, today and tomorrow who gives. He is the one that gives us the victory and He will give us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Glory to God, our God reigns with glory and power.

Imitator Of Christ

Imitator Of Christ

Imitate me, just as I also imitate Christ (1 Corinthians 11:1 NKJV)

If Paul could be so bold as to tell us to imitate Him the way imitates Christ it means that he was a good and excellent imitator of Christ. He lived to be completely Christlike in his ways. This means that we can all be Christlike like Paul. The God who made Paul to be blameless and Christlike is able and willing to give is the grace to be Christlike if we desire it. It is all about desire. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.

Believers Who reject The Power Of God

Believers Who reject The Power Of God

Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit. Ephesians 5_18 (1)

The Power of God 3

I was in a trance, in the early hours of this morning, and the glory of God came down and manifested in form of cloud. The Lord spoke to me and said, “ it is not wise to reject God.” The Lord’s message was about believers rejecting the fullness of the Holy Spirit. He has been training me on how to be filled with the Holy Spirit. Being filled with the Holy Spirit is a Scriptural command from God, however, a lot of believers overlook and ignore this holy command.

Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit. Ephesians 5:18

Unbelievers reject God completely and believers also reject God but in a different form. It is a subtle, unsuspecting and partial rejection of God. Whenever we refuse to be filled with the Holy Spirit, we are rejecting God. Our hearts are His temple and He eagerly wants to live there in His fullness and all of His glory.

He is constantly knocking at the door of our hearts, for us to open up our hearts, so that He can live there in His fullness, by filling our hearts with His life blood and manifest presence. He wants us to eat with us. Eating signifies fellowship and deep intimacy. He wants to eat with us and He also wants us to eat Him and drink Him. To eat Him and drink Him means to experience and taste His glory or manifest presence.

Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me. Revelations 3:20

May God, the source of hope, fill you with all joy and peace by means of your faith in him, so that your hope will continue to grow by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:13

Jesus said to them, “Very truly I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. John 6:53

Believers think that the fullness of the Holy Spirit is not important or that chasing after faith will improvise. Faith, hope and love come from the Holy Spirit so they are fruits, products and works of the Holy Spirit. They come through levels of grace given by God and are supernatural works of His grace. They can never replace the Holy Spirit who is the giver. We are called to chase and pursue the bridegroom not the presents or gifts. The more He filled us up, the more fruits that we will manifest.

When we reject the fullness of the Holy Spirit, we reject the fullness of His fruits and products. We leave ourselves unprotected and can be subject to afflictions. He is our life, provider, healing and protection. He is the miracle giver and wonder working God. Without Him, we can do nothing. It is great wisdom for us to realize this and never be distracted by shadows and subtle deceptions. We must stop chasing the wind and chase after God. He alone is worthy.

When Jesus told the woman with the issue of blood that her faith made her whole it was her faith in God and the anointing that He was manifesting through Jesus. It was not her faith in her own faith. She never read all the thousands of books on faith that people read today. It was a simple childlike faith. She saw a Prophet of God who was highly anointed by God and said, “if I touch His garment, I will be made whole.”

Her faith was in the power that Jesus carried with Him. That power is the manifest presence of God. Faith must be in something. People want to twist that Scripture around and make it look like her faith alone saved her like some god. No, it was not her faith alone, it was her faith in the power of God not her faith in her faith. Biblical faith is faith in God and His power.

Jesus replied, “You are in error because you do not know the Scriptures or the power of God. Matthew 22:29 NIV

Jesus replied, “Your mistake is that you don’t know the Scriptures, and you don’t know the power of God. Matthew 22:29 New Living Translation

Knowing the Scriptures is different from knowing the power of God. True knowledge of the Scripture leads you to know or experience the power of God. Head knowledge of Scripture is different from knowing the fullness of the Holy Spirit. Those who have head knowledge of the Scripture but do not know the power of God do not have their spiritual equations right. Their equation has not balanced and they must make it their aim to balance the ultimate spiritual equation – your knowledge of Scriptures must lead to knowledge and reality of the power of God. Anything else is subtle deception introduced by the devil to confuse us and cheat us of our birthright which is the fullness of the Holy Spirit.

It is His manifest presence that makes us whole not faith. Our faith should be in His manifest presence. The anointing breaks the yoke. It is not by power or might but by His Spirit. When you start believing that your faith makes you whole, you start developing faith in your faith and begin to depend on your faith. Your faith then turns into an idol. However, if you believe that the manifest presence of God alone makes you whole, you begin to depend on that manifest presence and your faith in Him and His power grows. It is that faith what will motivate you to constantly seek His face for the fullness of the Holy Spirit, and His daily infilling.

The right conviction leads to action that yields positive result. That result is the fullness of the Holy Spirit. If you are not seeking the fullness of the Holy Spirit aggressively, begin to review what you believe. The violent take the Kingdom of God by force and the manifest presence of God is the Kingdom of God. That kingdom of God is within us and we must be filled with His glory.

May we always seek the Lord’s face and wait upon Him daily for fresh and constant infilling of His Holy Spirit. May we always be led by Him and hear His divine counsels.

Specks And Logs

Specks And Logs

(Matthew 7_3 ESV).png

Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? (Matthew 7:3 ESV)

How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when there is the log in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye (Matthew 7:4 – 7:5 ESV)

It is very easy to see specks or faults in other people yet ignore abominations and serious flaws in our own lives. Log is much bigger than speck. Typically, most humans expect perfection from others. They look at the world through the lens of black and white. If you are not as perfect as they want you to be, you become evil and unlovable but the truth is that no human can be perfect.

The sooner we start loving flawed and very flawed human beings the better for us. We are expected to love everyone like God who makes His light shine on the good and bad without discrimination. Anyone can love a very good and kind person who constantly sacrifices for them and is good to them. The challenge has always been the ability to love the unkind, evil and no so good.

Humans typically focus on all the unlovable and bad traits in others and simply refuse to love them, however, they love their own immediate families, defend them, and make excuses for them regardless of how bad they are. That is to show you that man is inherently selfish by nature. The problem is not love but selfishness. Most humans only love themselves and their own. That is why the worst dictator, murderer, and criminal loves his family but goes around harming others.

Love will always be a challenge if we do not learn to overlook other people’s flaws and begin to look inwards. We must start with “ the man in the mirror staring back at us.”

It is better for us to start removing the log in our eyes so that we will be better at love. When we remove those logs, we can then see clearly and appreciate the man next door.

Exodus 3_20

The Power Of The Lord 1

But I will use my power and will punish Egypt by doing terrifying things there. After that he will let you go. Exodus 3:20

Some humans will never release their slaves and prey except God steps in to intervene with His mighty, glorious power. We must never look down on the power of the Lord. Pharaoh is a typical example – He was stubborn until God’s power overcame his own power.

And I will bring judgment on all the gods of Egypt. I am the LORD. Exodus 12:12

Humans who have captured other humans as spiritual or physical slaves exploit and benefit from their slaves. They never willingly let go because they do not want to loose the gains that they obtain from their wicked exploits. When God steps in with His mighty power to execute judgement on slave masters and their gods they will have no choice but to release their victims.

Never pity your slave master or Pharaoh whether physical or spiritual. Love them but do not pity them for the sake of remaining their slaves. When you do that, you become like the kidnap victims who end up falling in love with their captors even when their captors mean them serious harm. That is a form of self harm. Love your enemies, but do not remain their slaves. Fight for your freedom. Pray for deliverance and God will use His power to defeat your enemies and exploiters.

No One Can Serve Two Masters

No One Can Serve Two Masters

No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money. (Matthew 6_24 ESV) (1)

“No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money. (Matthew 6:24 ESV)

We cannot serve God and money at the same time. What is it that controls us? Is it our desire to make money or our desire to please God. If we seek God and His righteousness with all our heart with purity, God will not forsake us. He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him and He will reward us His own way.

If we desire money and we are money driven even in our ministry and Christian life, we will fall because our motive and purpose is not pure. We have become corrupted and cannot please God. Those who are impure and money driven easily yield to temptation without resistance so we have to be prepared and put on the complete armor of God.

If we are prepared and pure in purpose and intention, we will be able to resist temptations when they come. We cannot serve God and money so we have to choose before hand to serve God instead of money .

Treasures In Heaven

Treasures In Heaven

Matthew 6_20 - 6_21 ESV.png

“Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, (Matthew 6:19 ESV)

but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also (Matthew 6:20 – 6:21 ESV)

This word instructs us to lay up our treasures in heaven where there is no destruction, decay, rust, armed robbery, riot and disorder. When we lay up our treasures in heaven, we are safe and our treasures are safe, however, nothing is safe on this earth. Not life, not possessions – nothing at all. There will always be a day when we will leave this earth for eternity and there will be no second chance. Those who refused to lay treasures in heaven when they lived on earth will regret and the lost will weep bitterly.

It is better for us to embrace this wisdom now and start living like pilgrims, sojourners, travelers and aliens here on earth. Our citizenship is in heaven and we must begin to behave it. No more hate and madness but love and pleasing God.

Whenever I see people quarreling over politics I simply smile and say, “ the reason you are obsessed with politics is because your hope is here on earth. All your joy, treasure, hope and faith is in this life and what it can provide that is why you hate and quarrel with anyone who has a political opinion that is contrary to yours.”

There is no need for Christians to be bothered even if they are on the receiving end of political, racial, tribal and ideological hate. Stop trying to reason with people who have no hope and have laid all their treasures here on earth supporting all sorts of abominations and perversions. Your treasure should be in heaven as you make it your aim to love everyone including your political, religious, racial, tribal and ideological opponents.

Lay up your treasures in heaven and be calm. Let the peace of God be with you and embrace His rest as you lay up your treasures in heaven and make it your aim to please God always. That is our high calling in Christ and we must not be found wanting.

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always. Amen.

The Glory Dissipates

The Glory Dissipates

Is anyone

Jesus Our Magnificent Obsession 3

Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. 15And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven. James 5:13-15

Biblically, oil can be used in a symbolic way during healing ministrations. Notice I did not say holy oil or anointed oil. I said oil. It symbolizes the presence of God that heals. The presence of God through the prayer of faith heals. The oil is merely symbolical. That is why some people use it symbolically and some people do not. There is no record of Jesus or Paul using oil. They were super anointed and laid hands directly on people to effect and actualize healing.

Many ministers pray without oil and people are healed while some use oil symbolically and people are healed. However, it is the anointing and presence of God that heals the sick. The power or anointing flows from God through the human spirit. If the minister is not anointed, there will be no healing regardless of the symbolic oil. Power belongs to God and we must give honor to whom honor is due.

The anointing dissipates and dissolves or melts away. Usually I see the anointing descend from heaven in form of cloud. If that anointing is on a garment or oil , it will typically dissolve within hours, then the minister will still have to seek God’s face daily for the renewal of the anointing. The glory and presence flows from heaven because God lives in heaven and visits earth. Earth is His footstool.

That glory cannot be caught and locked up, in-prisoned or trapped in a bottle of oil. What an insult to God for people to think they can do that. That is the method of idol worshippers, witchdoctors, fake pastors, false prophets, sorcerers and magicians. God said that we should not worship Him the way that pagans worship their gods.

Do not worship the LORD your God in the way that these people worship their gods. Deuteronomy 12:4

Christians need to know the difference between the operations of God and the operations of demons. Idol worshippers lock up and attach demons or powers to physical objects or words and they become charms and enchantments that work for them every time and at will. They control demons and even if they commit the worst abomination and sin, the power works for them. The glory of God departs and cannot descend in an unclean and sinful environment.

There is abuse when people, keep oil at home permanently for healing on demand and attribute power to it by calling it holy or anointed. God is the only one that is holy and Jesus our Lord is the only anointed one. Has the oil taken the place of Jesus? Power belongs to God and flows from God. It flows from the throne of grace.

Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. 15And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven. James 5:13-15

It is wrong for people to keep oil, cloth, and other objects permanently in their homes for healing, protection, prosperity, deliverance and favor on demand. They keep them as temples for God’s power to live in. They then call the oil holy and anointed. They are just like those who kneel down in front of statues. They are like statues, worshipping statues – the dead worshipping, communicating and fellowshipping with the dead.

People who keep the oil at home and use it anytime they need favor are idol worshippers and spiritual thieves. You can be a spiritual thief without knowing it. It is caused by darkness and spiritual blindness. Typically, the oil idolizers will no longer set out time to seek God’s face but depend on the oil. They have rejected God for magic and idols. How can they seek God’s face and renew the anointing daily when they have a spiritual robotic power and machine that they can control at will? God cannot live in a bottle of oil. Anything can be abused.

“The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in temples built by human hands.” Acts 17:24

The anointing dissipates and does not last for a full day on any object, like I said earlier, I usually see the glory of God in form of cloud when it descends and I see that glory dissipate after some time and dissolve. If it was possible for the glory of God to last up to a day or more than a day in oil or any object, Jesus would have been blessing and anointing oil and giving it to people to use when they needed favor or healing on demand. He would have sent a bottle of oil or cloth to the Centurion’s servant. We are not greater than Jesus so if Jesus did not do it, we must not do it.

Jesus and Paul practiced person to person ministrations and sick people were brought to them or they went to meet the sick people. Jesus also spoke words of power, authority and faith that could heal beyond distance. He gave spiritual commands and orders to situations and sicknesses and they obeyed regardless of distance because the anointing was upon Him.

Paul was not the one that sent His handkerchiefs and it was not a practice and pattern of worship. Because Paul was constantly anointed and in the presence of God, people intelligently knew that cloths that He had used still had the glory of God on them to heal but that glory would dissipate after some hours. There is no record of them idolizing Paul’s handkerchiefs and keeping them at home as mantles for healing on demand anytime forever and ever.

If people had been able to get hold of Jesus’s handkerchiefs or cloths, the glory would be on them because He was constantly anointed but that glory would dissipate after hours, that is why Jesus was constantly going to lonely places to pray and renew the anointing daily. He did not share out His garments, handkerchiefs or bottles of oil. The glory flows through the human spirit.

If cloths, oil, and other physical objects are kept permanently for healing on demand and at will, that is an error and a false practice. It is magic, witchcraft and sorcery. A woman touched Jesus’s garment and got healed but there is no record of Jesus or Paul giving out their cloths for people to keep in their homes permanently for healing. They still went to the Apostles and prayed when they needed favor from God.

God’s mercies are new every morning. The anointing must be renewed daily, in the place of fellowship, waiting upon the Lord and seeking His face. There is no alternative – there is no other way.

May we reject idolatry and falsehood and glorify God always.

Crave Spiritual Gifts

Crave Spiritual Gifts

Revelations And Messages 9

9: Crave Spiritual Gifts

Earnestly pursue love and eagerly desire spiritual gifts, especially the gift of prophecy. 1 Corinthians 14:1

Follow the way of love and eagerly desire gifts of the Spirit, especially prophecy. 1 Corinthians 14:10

After writing about the power of the Lord yesterday, I closed my eyes to sleep last night and the Lord spoke to me and said, “crave spiritual gifts,”

To crave means to ardently and powerfully desire, hunger and thirst. The truth is that if we are not hungry or thirsty we will not be baptized with power or glory. God expects us to yearn, crave and desire glory.

Jesus is the glory and power of God. We need to taste Jesus and eat Him the way the Israelites drank from the spiritual rock that went with them. The cloud is the rock and that rock is Jesus. Jesus is the manifest presence of God. He is the aura, substance, life, glory, power, grace, mercy, love, materiality, flavor, fragrance, perfume, blood and glory of God. He is the God that we can see, feel and touch spiritually.

They were all under the protection of the cloud, and all passed safely through the Red Sea. 2In the cloud and in the sea they were all baptized as followers of Moses. 3 All ate the same spiritual bread 4 and drank the same spiritual drink. They drank from the spiritual rock that went with them; and that rock was Christ himself. 1 Corinthians 10:1

When the Lord appears to me, He usually descends from heaven in form of cloud and sometimes the cloud opens up and I see Jesus inside the cloud. Sometimes He comes in form of light. When He is ascending back into heaven after speaking with me, I wave vigorously and sometimes cry. I never want Him to leave but He would smile and say, “ see you in heaven or I love you.” I would keep looking until the cloud disappears into the clouds of heaven.

Spiritual gifts are our birthright and we loose out if we don’t have them. I have some gifts already but the Lord wants me to crave for more gifts. He is willing and ready to give. I believe this applies to the whole body of Christ. We need to yearn, hunger, thirst, and crave for spiritual gifts without distraction.

Faith is very good and I am a woman of faith but God wants our faith to translate into power and gifts not just mere talk. If our faith does not make us crave for, be led and filled with the Holy Spirit and constantly taste God’s glory, it is a deceptive, distractive faith. True faith will always depend on God and magnify the power of God not self. True faith will lead us to the mountain top of spiritual maturity and make us vessels of honor. True faith will make us desire, revel, delight and bask in the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Any faith that ignores the Holy Spirit is fake. The armor of God includes praying always in the Spirit.

Praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication (Ephesians 6:18 ESV)

We need to crave and desire spiritual gifts for our own good and the edification of the Church of Jesus Christ. God wants to decorate and beauty us with His gifts but are we willing and ready to ask? Do we really care for or want those gifts or are we just after physical blessings?

Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness and holy gifts.
