Right Focus

Right Focus

Righteousness shall be the belt of His loins, And faithfulness the belt of His waist. Isaiah 11:5 NKJV

The right spiritual passion is passion, thirst and hunger for the word of God and righteousness.

Constant desire for the will of God, righteousness and obedience will mean that you have put things in the right perspective and focus. Walking in the right focus, order and perspective will lead to bearing fruits even to a hundredfold!

May we always hunger and thirst for righteousness.

The Book Of Revelations

Revelation 1 New King James Version (NKJV)

Introduction and Benediction

The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His servants—things which must shortly take place. And He sent and signified it by His angel to His servant John, who bore witness to the word of God, and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, to all things that he saw. Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy and keep those things which are written in it; for the time is near.

Those who keep the word of God will be blessed. Every word of prophesy must be obeyed by the children of God. Those who hear the word of this prophesy and obey the words spoken through Christ to Paul will indeed be blessed.

Greeting the Seven Churches

John, to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace to you and peace from Him who is and who was and who is to come, and from the seven Spirits who are before His throne, and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth.

Jesus is ruler over all things. He is head over all principalities and powers. He has supremacy over all things and has the keys of hades and death. All authority in heaven and earth has been given to Jesus and all power belongs to Jesus. All things serve Him, and everything was created through Christ and for Christ. He is able to subdue all things to Himself and He is at the right hand of God where angels and authorities and all powers have been made subject to Him. He rules over all.

To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

The blood of Jesus has set us free from sin and death. He has forgiven our sins and washed us white as snow. He deserves all the thanksgiving, glory, dominion and praise for His glorious salvation. We are redeemed Children of God and must rejoice always, because our names are written in heaven

Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen.

Jesus will come again and those who do not believe in him will bow before him. People great and small will mourn because of Him and his great power. He will no longer be that Jesus that people are free to mock, dishonor and disrespect. People will truly see Him in Him true form. For that reason, they will be filled with fear and regret.

“I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,” says the Lord, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”

Vision of the Son of Man

I, John, both your brother and companion in the tribulation and kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was on the island that is called Patmos for the word of God and for the testimony of Jesus Christ. 10 I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s Day, and I heard behind me a loud voice, as of a trumpet, 11 saying, I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last,” and, “What you see, write in a book and send it to the seven churches which are in Asia: to Ephesus, to Smyrna, to Pergamos, to Thyatira, to Sardis, to Philadelphia, and to Laodicea.”

12 Then I turned to see the voice that spoke with me. And having turned I saw seven golden lampstands, 13 and in the midst of the seven lampstands One like the Son of Man, clothed with a garment down to the feet and girded about the chest with a golden band. 14 His head and hair were white like wool, as white as snow, and His eyes like a flame of fire;

15 His feet were like fine brass, as if refined in a furnace, and His voice as the sound of many waters; 16 He had in His right hand seven stars, out of His mouth went a sharp two-edged sword, and His countenance was like the sun shining in its strength. 17 And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as dead.

But He laid His right hand on me, saying to me, “Do not be afraid; I am the First and the Last. 18 am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death.

Jesus has the keys of hades and death. Death and the world of the death obey Him and stand in awe of Him. It is only humans who think that they are free to dishonor and disrespect Him. As the creator of all things, He has supremacy over all things and there is nothing in creation that is not subject to His power and control.Because Jesus has the key of hades and death, He is the one that we must respect.

It is great foolishness to fear demons yet not fear the one who commands all things. No demon can move and inch without God’s permission. It is left for us as humans to find out why God permits certain difficulties and pray for the Holy Spirit to lead us and tell us the way we need to respond during times of difficulty in order to enjoy complete liberty.

19 Write the things which you have seen, and the things which are, and the things which will take place after this. 20 The mystery of the seven stars which you saw in My right hand, and the seven golden lampstands: The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands which you saw are the seven churches.

Revelation 2 New King James Version (NKJV)

The Loveless Church

2 “To the [a]angel of the church of Ephesus write,
‘These things says He who holds the seven stars in His right hand, who walks in the midst of the seven golden lamp stands:
2 “I know your works, your labor, your[b]patience, and that you cannot [c]bear those who are evil. And you have tested those who say they are apostles and are not, and have found them liars;

Good Works
The Lord definitely knows our works and the fruits that we bear through Him. A lot of people think that godly works do not matter as long as you have faith but that is false doctrine. It is only the word of God that is our teacher and the word of God does not teach that. This Scripture from the mouth of Jesus Himself is enough to dispel; any doubts you may have. Faith is important and works are important too. If you have good works but no faith or you are depending on an ungodly foundation which is not the blood of Jesus, you are not saved. Those good works won’t save you. However if you have faith in the blood of Jesus, you are expected to bear fruits and also have good works that manifest your faith.

However if you have faith in the blood of Jesus, you are expected to bear fruits and also have good works that manifest your faith. It is very great deception for you to think that because you are saved by grace, you can go on abusing and insulting the grace of God by living and active unrepentant life of sin. To that effect, the Bible clearly warns us that judgement begins in the house of God!

Testing The Preachers These believers tested those who claim to be apostles and found them to be lairs. What about the Church of today? Do we test the apostles, teachers and prophets of today? A lot of so called believers do not. If you claim to be a believer and just go along with every falsehood and false preaching and teaching out there, your belief is very questionable. You are supposed to be a believer in the word of God. If you have thrown away the word of God to follow the doctrines of men, then you are not a true disciple of Christ. You are not a follower of Christ the word of God but a follower of men and you need to seriously repent.

3 and you have persevered and have patience and have labored for My name’s sake and have not become weary. 4 Nevertheless I have this against you, that you have left your first love. 5 Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent and do the first works, or else I will come to you quickly and remove your lampstand from its place—unless you repent.

Patience, Perseverance and Labor
These believers in Ephesus had persevered and exhibited the virtue of patience for the sake of Christ. They had also labored for Christ’s name and never became weary. What about us? Do we still think of Christianity as a platform for just blessings without any form of responsibility or accountability? The truth is that God will test our perseverance and patience. Job’s patience was tested, and he won. Some people will say, “Oh, that is the old testament and does not apply today. Some laws and methods of the old testament do not apply to the new testament believer but some basic precepts apply regardless of whether it’s the new testament or the old testament. Job’s faithfulness and example was quoted in

Indeed, we count them blessed who endure. You have heard of the perseverance of Job and seen the end intended by the Lord—that the Lord is very compassionate and merciful. James 5:11

Leaving Your First Love Believers sometimes leave their first love Christ, Christ – the Word Of God. Christ is the word of God and the glory of God. We sometimes tend to want the glory without abiding in the word – that is an impossible venture. If you want to experience the glory of God, experience the word of God in His fulness first. You have to completely yield to the voice of the Holy Spirit and the written word of God. When we leave our first love and refuse to walk in the word of God and the voice of the Holy Spirit, we will experience defeat.

Repentance and Judgement
Judgement comes from not walking in the ways of Christ. In this study, Christ told the Church in Ephesus, that they will be judged if they do not repent and turn back to their first love.

Hating Evil Deed
Christ was glad with the Church at Ephesus for hating the deeds of the Nicolaitans the way He hated it. We need to hate what God hates if we claim to love God but this is most often not the case. We sometimes praise what God hates and what the world loves. God sees our hearts and He knows those that truly love Him y hating what He hates.

Those who overcome are those who will experience glory on earth. They will become vessels of honor and rule with Christ. They will be kings and princes here on earth. If you truly want to rule with Christ, you need to overcome the flesh, the world and the devil.

6 But this you have, that you hate the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.
7 “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give to eat from the tree of life, which is in the midst of the Paradise of God.” ’
The Persecuted Church
8 “And to the [d]angel of the church in Smyrna write,
‘These things says the First and the Last, who was dead, and came to life: 9 “I know your works, tribulation, and poverty (but you are rich); and I know the blasphemy of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a [e]synagogue of Satan. 10 Do not fear any of those things which you are about to suffer. Indeed, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and you will have tribulation ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life.
11 “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. He who overcomes shall not be hurt by the second death.” ’

Jesus Is Alive
Jesus was dead but He is alive forevermore. He is the first and last and no one can compare to Him. Some people still carry crucifixes where they say that Jesus is nailed to the cross. Jesus is no longer on the cross. The dead lifeless image of a man nailed to the cross is not Jesus the glory of God but human beings that have been sacrificed and turned into little idols, gods, and goddesses.

On that crucifix they built, they nailed the word of God and the glory of God and substituted it for idols and human glory. They reject the word of God and the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. They also reject the glory of God and are enjoying the benefits of human sacrifice.

He Knows Our Works, Tribulations and Poverty
Jesus knows our works, Tribulations and poverty. Every suffering and poverty we pass through for His name’s sake and the gospel is known to Him. Sometime, Satan can subject us to severe tribulations and persecutions just because we love Christ. If you are passing through persecution, God knows and he cares – He will reward you if you remain faithful.

False Believers
Those who said they were Jews but who were indeed members of the synagogue of Satan are just like the false believers of today. They claim to be Christians but are idol worshippers or Satan and death worshippers.

Do not fear Persecutions
Christ instructs us not to fear the enemy or persecutions. It is not easy but that is the mindset of a victorious warrior. Fear will limit and obstruct progress. Fear is an enemy of faithfulness to god and must be vigorously rejected.

Prison for Christ
Sometimes, Satan throws us into spiritual prison just because of Christ. If we find ourselves in such prison or dark holes, we must persevere and not give up our faith. Prisons are sure to come because Christ said so, but our response matters a lot. We must not give up.

Crown of life
We will be crowned with glory, power and great grace if we persevere and are victorious. This crown is the most impotent thing that can happen to any human being. It means being a son of God in the real and actual sense of sonship. A true so is not a defeated son, but a son that manifests the glory of God.

The Compromising Church

12 “And to the [f]angel of the church in Pergamos write,
‘These things says He who has the sharp two-edged sword: 13 “I know your works, and where you dwell, where Satan’s throne is. And you hold fast to My name, and did not deny My faith even in the days in which Antipas was My faithful martyr, who was killed among you, where Satan dwells.

14 But I have a few things against you, because you have there those who hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balak to put a stumbling block before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed to idols, and to commit sexual immorality. 15 Thus you also have those who hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, [g]which thing I hate. 16 Repent, or else I will come to you quickly and will fight against them with the sword of My mouth.
You Did Deny My Name
Holding fast to Christs name during persecutions and trials is one quality that will differentiate us from mediocre Christians. Love is not just talk, talk, talk. Love for God is a practical real thing that is visible and tangible. Sometimes, believers can lose faith, turn back or even deny the name of Christ! They deny the faith.
The compromising Church at Pergamos was acknowledged for not denying Christ and the faith. God is constantly looking at us and eagerly desires that we do not deny the faith. Someone was killed as a martyr in that Church, yet they did not deny the faith. Some us have not yet witnessed someone we know and love being murdered just because he believes in Christ yet, we constantly grumble and begin to walk backwards in our faith instead of forward.

Some Things Against You
Christ listed the things that He has against the Church at Pergamos.

  1. Food Sacrificed to Idols
  2. Sexual Immorality
  3. Holding Doctrines That He hates
Those who love God will constantly search the Scriptures like the Berean Christians to make sure that they are not going astray in doctrine. If you do not do that, you do not love God or Christ. I know so many people who claim to love God but refuse to walk by the Scriptures.

Double Edged
He is the word and the glory. Meaning He is the word and the power, the word and the mercy, the word and the blessings etc. In summary, He is the word and the benefits. Benefit has to do with all the benefits, blessings, good things and blessings of life. A true Christian will seek total dedication and obedience to the word of God while a pagan seeks all the good things and blessings of life without seeking the word of God to obey Him.

That is the reason that man has failed and still keeps failing. Heaven and earth will pass away but no word from the mouth of God will pass away. Man must not live by bread alone but on every word that comes out of the mouth of God.

What the Spirit Says
The Holy Spirit is constantly speaking to us. He speaks about things in the Bible and things that are not in the Bible that have to do with our personal lives or the world at large. God has given all of us spiritual ears but not everyone’s ear works properly. Some people are completely deaf, while some people are partially deaf. There are those that have ears that are function correctly and hear what the Spirit says. If those who hear what the Spirit says walk in the Spirit and not contrary to the instructions and the directions of the Holy Spirit, they will become victorious over the flesh, the world and the Devil.

Those Who Overcome
Over-comers constantly strive to obey the word of God at all cost. They persevere regardless of difficulties and challenges of life. The hardest thing in life is to overcome the flesh, the devil and the world. The Bible tells us that what is impossible with God is possible with man.
Part of overcoming also has to do with taming the tongue and the Bible tells us that no man has ever been able to tame the tongue. With the grace of God we can overcome and when we overcome we will know that it is God that tamed us and our tongues. The glory goes to God because no man has ever been able to tame the flesh and overcome apart from God’s grace.
When we finally yield to the Holy Spirit and the grace of God and overcome, we will become victorious. That is when we will become kings on earth and rule with Christ.

A New Name
The Lord promised to give us new names when we overcome. Isn’t that just so wonderful. Imagine having a new spiritual name give to you specifically by God!
This name is reserved for the over-comers and should be truly desired.

17 “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give some of the hidden manna to eat. And I will give him a white stone, and on the stone a new name written which no one knows except him who receives it.” ’

Constant Grace

Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling,

And to present you faultless

Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, To God our Savior, Who alone is wise,

Be glory and majesty,

Dominion and power,

Both now and forever.

Amen (Jude 1:24:25 NKJV)

God is able to keep us from stumbling, glory to Him always. He is the source and provider of constant grace. He sent His son Jesus to die for, us so that we will have the grace to keep away from stumbling and wallowing in the miry and sinking clay of sin. Even if we sin, God is able to forgive our sins and cleanse us from all sin and the effects of sin. This is because our sin bearer Jesus was crucified for us. We have a merciful God who has forgiven all our sins and His mercies are new every day. He is the father of mercies.

May we always run to Him for constant grace so that the blood of Jesus will be exalted above sin and death.

To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen. (Revelation 1:6 NKJV)

Jesus Christ saved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood. He also made us kings and priests to God. This is the Holy foundation that we stand on and must never loose sight of.

We are cleansed from past sins and redeemed. This is our faith and our covenant with God. This good news is worth rejoicing in and celebrating. Our deliverance and healing is tied to how we accept this glorious message and good news and rejoice in it. This good news is our foundation for prayer and good works. It is the solid rock on which we must stand on.

We need faith and we need works. Without faith it is impossible to please God and faith without works is dead. So faith and works are crucial and essential. They are vital and interwoven. We must resist the urge to choose only faith or only works. They work together. Our faith works by love and good works and where there is no faith, prayer and works stand weakly and helplessly alone without a foundation. A house built on a weak or faulty foundation must collapse.

Have a healthy faith and have healthy love and works. Prayer without faith yields little or no result. Build up yourselves in the most holy faith. That faith which is that God sacrificed Jesus for us and redeemed us is worth our focus and attention. Do not focus on your troubles but on the glorious good news and salvation of God. Rejoice in what God has done and celebrate it because it is holier and more perfect than your works. At the same time, do not insult God by thinking that His kindness and grace is a license for not bearing fruits or having works.

If you become like the man in the parable of the ungrateful servant who received mercy but refused to forgive and show mercy to the man who offended him, you nullify your salvation. God handed that man over to the tormentors to pay to the last cent.

It is known as the parable of the unforgiving, unmerciful or ungrateful servant. Lack of mercy and love towards other men is an act of ingratitude to God. Gratitude goes hand in hand with faith. A grateful man who is thankful that Jesus redeemed Him and set him free will always thank God and show love towards others. Any believer who does not show love is a faithless believer.

He does not truly believe in the blood of Jesus and His redemption. The more you understand and appreciate your salvation and the redemption, the more it will show in your walk with God and your works. You will bear fruit, be grateful and full of worship and praise. You will rejoice in God and celebrate Christ. If you do not do these things, your faith is weak. If you are always complaining and murmuring against God, your faith is very weak and the devil will use that to a His advantage. Do not give the devil a foot hold or open door.

We have been commanded to have faith in God and His salvation. Lack of faith is disobedience and ingratitude and sooner or later it will reflect in your life and bear bad fruits. You will find it impossible to bear Holy fruits without faith and the good news of salvation. The good news is simply the foundation of everything we do as Christians.

Our works are a reflection of our love and gratitude to God for his mercy, forgiveness, love and salvation. A truly grateful man will go about loving others as an act of thanksgiving and gratitude to God.

May we always be grateful and rejoice in our salvation. May great grace be upon us in Jesus name.

A Ransom For Many

A Ransom For Many

Just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many. (Matthew 20:28 NKJV)

Jesus gave His life as a ransom for us. He paid the price and set us free. This is a wonderful news that we need to believe and rejoice in. When we believe this good news, and thank God for it, we are expressing our faith. There is need for us to worship God for His great salvation by acts of thanksgiving, love, praise, prayer and obedience. Worship, praise and thanksgiving enable us enter His gates and courts.

The blood of Jesus has set us free. Glory to God.

Claiming To Be Wise

Claiming To Be Wise

For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened. Claiming to be wise, they became fools, and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images resembling mortal man and birds and animals and creeping things (Romans 1:21 – 1:23 ESV)

Only God can give wisdom and intelligence and it is wisdom to recognize this. Pride is what has caused man’s failure.

Man claims to be wise but when it comes to spirituality and God, they become foolish. Anytime man begins to get puffed up with pride to imagine that he is wiser and more intelligent than God, man gets more foolish.

Because man has refused to honor God and thank God, God has allowed man to wallow in the darkness of stupidity, lies and error.Only God can give wisdom and intelligence and it is wisdom to recognize this. Pride is what has caused man’s failure.

The same man that has claimed to be so wise ends up kneeling down to statues and images made to look like man and animals. This has nothing to do with academic excellence or social excellence. Peter was a fisherman but God blessed Him with the Holy Spirit and spiritual wisdom. People in the highest echelons of society are the biggest culprits in this foolishness of looking down on God.

They are the ones who teach their followers how to worship idols, practice witchcraft, belong to the occult and go around naked. People who call themselves celebrities dance around naked and ignorant people worship and adore them. How depraved and low can man go?

If you doubt me go to shrines and Catholic Churches and you will see grown up men and women kneeling down to statues and kissing them. Even the Pope does it. This shows that wisdom comes only from God and anyone who is not humble before God can be a victim to this foolishness.

The Bible says, claiming to be wise, they became fools, and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images resembling mortal man and birds and animals and creeping things.” Idol worship and rejecting the true God is foolishness and only God can save us from this foolishness. It is not by power or might but by the grace of God and we must pray to God to open blind eyes.

May God’s grace grant wisdom to those in darkness so that they will reject foolishness and error and embrace God and truth. May God also increase the light and truth in us and transform us from glory to glory until we behold His glory and are changed into His likeness.

Godly Reminders 3 – Bless Those Who Revile You

Godly Reminders 3 – Bless Those Who Revile You

Do not repay anyone evil for evil..png

This Scripture reminds us that we must bless those who revile us. This is a very difficult thing especially for the natural man because man instinctively protects himself by defense and revenge. However, God is actually telling us to walk in the Spirit and be different from the flesh and the natural man. We must pray and leave all our cares and worries at the feet of God, the just, supreme and sovereign ruler who administers justice to all.

We are also reminded that we must endure persecutions. Christ and Paul were persecuted and we are not greater than them. The only thing we should imitate is their attitudes during times of persecution. Were they bitter and defeated or did they pray and trust in God? They never lost focus but put their faith and reliance on God who called them and sent them. They also prayed. God also called us to be blameless like Jesus and Paul – it is very possible.

We are also instructed to love our enemies. Some people have openly criticized this law but they are short of wisdom. God will not be fooled or mocked. All we should concern ourselves with is being pure, blameless and holy. Those who want to keep being evil should keep being evil but that must not bother us or make us bitter.

When He avenges blood, He remembers them; He does not forget the cry of the humble. (Psalm 9:12 NKJV)

He who is unjust, let him be unjust still; he who is filthy, let him be filthy still.  revelations 22:11

There is a good way, and there is a perfect way. Christ and Steven prayed for their killers to be forgiven. Some other Scriptures show where we are asked to pray for vengeance against our enemies. None is bad just that one is a higher way – the perfect way.

And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of my adversary. Luke 18:3

Alexander the metalworker did me a great deal of harm. The Lord will repay him for what he has done. 2 Timothy 4:14

Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everyone. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord. On the contrary:

“If your enemy is hungry, feed him;

if he is thirsty, give him something to drink.

In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head.”

Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Romans 12: 17-21

Evil doers might think that forgiveness is a license for them to go wild and untamed in their quest for evil and in perpetuating evil but that is foolishness. God is a righteous judge and He will always administer judgement starting from the Church because judgement begins in the house of God.

The Son of Man will go just as it is written about him. But woe to that man who betrays the Son of Man! It would be better for him if he had not been born.” Matthew 26:24

Jesus prayed for those who killed Him to be forgiven but He was aware that those unrepentant ones among them would be judged and the repentant ones would be forgiven. He is the law and the word of God and knows all. Judas was unrepentant and was judged. Peter denied him out of fear but he was not among those that killed him. Peter wept bitterly in regret and went on to do great exploits for God as the chief Apostle. To err is human and to forgive is divine. God is mercy and love and loves to forgive however, man must repent, renounce and forsake sin.

The way of Jesus is the higher way because He loved His enemies and prayed for them to be forgiven. There was no bitterness, malice or evil in Him towards His enemies.

Judas was forgiven by Jesus but He bore His judgement. So we can see that one thing is constant. Unrepentant evil doers never go unpunished whether you bless them or pray for their punishment. One thing is sure – If they do not repent, they will be judged. The law must stand.

I am confident in the Lord that you will take no other view. The one who is troubling you will bear the judgment, whoever he may be. Galatians 5:10

So the higher way is better because, you will not have bitterness or hatred in your heart and at the same time, your enemies will still be punished if they do not repent but if they repent, they will not be punished. So the only constant thing here is the word of God and the law – flee all appearances of evil. On the other hand, praying for judgement against your enemies does not mean that you hate them or are bitter against them – you are simply invoking the law.

God Himself is not doing evil when He judges, rather He is being righteous in judgement and simply upholding His holy and righteous law of love. When you pray for judgement you are also not doing evil because God who will judge is not doing evil when He judges. You are not trying to get God to do evil but you are simply pleading for God’s justice.

I know, O LORD, that Your judgments are righteous, And that in faithfulness You have afflicted me. Psalm 119:75

It is good for me that I have been afflicted, That I may learn Your statutes. (Psalm 119:71 NKJV)

Against You, You only, have I sinned, And done this evil in Your sight – That You may be found just when You speak, And blameless when You judge. (Psalm 51:4 NKJV)

There a spiritual justice system just as there is a physical justice system. Is the person who is taking her child’s murderer to court for judgement doing evil or trying to get the judge to do evil? No – she is simply invoking the law and asking for justice. The judge is not evil and blaming the victim or the judge is evil and demonic. Some people blame God the pure and just spiritual judge and some people blame the spiritual victims who are pleading for spiritual justice.

The same people never blame physical, earthly judges and the physical victims rather, they praise and applaud them. They never blame the physical justice system but are quick to blame, condemn and accuse God and the spiritual justice system of evil when God judges. They also blame the spiritual victims asking for judgement. Do you see the hypocrisy of it all? They do this because they love evil and do not want to repent. Mercy triumphs over justice but the unrepentant in evil will experience judgement including hell, the lake of fire and the second death if they refuse the mercy of God by not repenting.

There is already a spiritual and physical law that says “man must not kill man or do evil to man and harm others” and that law must be respected. We must not allow ourselves to be confused and be denied of our birthrights. The widow who prayed to God to avenge her of her adversaries in Luke 18:3 was described as pleading for her rights. Jesus Himself gave that example. He loves justice and hates oppression and wickedness especially against the weak and poor. The woman in the story was described as a widow.

Hatred or bitterness is when you start revenging and taking the law into your hands and wishing them evil. Never wish anyone evil. Anything you do outside God’s justice system is evil and any wish or desire outside God’s justice system is evil.

Some people pray for the defeat of their enemies without wishing them evil just like David did with Saul and some people pray for defeat of enemies and at the same time wish them evil and hate them. The latter is evil. David never stopped loving Saul. The truth is that either way, God will defeat your enemies if you focus on being filled with the glory of God and being blameless like Jesus. Either you pray for forgiveness of enemies or defeat of enemies, none is is bad, so be led by the Spirit but do not hate them or be bitter towards them.

When you go to God to plead for judgment, God himself will assess how to deal with the situation. He is long-suffering and patient and will deploy His mercy first, if your enemy repents, good for him but if he does not repent, God will administer judgement just like in the case of David and Saul and in the case of Pharaoh and the Israelites.

Note that David loved Saul and Jonathan too much and never wished them evil. However, he prayed for his enemies to be defeated. At the end of the day, God executed judgement on Saul and Jonathan and David wept for Saul the way that a son weeps for his father. He loved Saul but had to be free to fulfill his destiny. Saul wanted him dead at any cost even at the cost of his own life.

Do not be bitter with your enemies or be vengeful. Love and and never hate them. Pray for them and bless them and allow the law to run its course. Also, pray for any enemy who wants you dead or who is opposing your destiny to be defeated.

Judgement On Catholics Bowing Down To Statues

Judgement On Catholics Bowing Down To Statues

Revelations and Messages 5

5: Judgement of death on statue worshippers

In this vision I saw a group of Catholics bowing down to statues and I said them, “show me in your Bible where it is written that you should worship statues. You made and molded this thing and you are bowing down to it.” They looked at me with confusion in their eyes and searched the Bibles that they were holding and saw nothing like that there. Then it looked as if they were just realizing that they had been deceived and I decreed, “Judgement of death is upon you.”

There were about four adults and two children. One after the other I stood in front of them in turns and made the decree. I went over to the two children in their midst and I said to the first child, “because you are a child, the Lord has pardoned you. You will not be affected.” then, I moved over to the second child and said the same thing. The two children were not judged and they escaped death by God’s powerful wisdom and mercy.

Points to note

1. There is an unseen spiritual world made up of humans and spirits. Whatever happens there must manifest physically. We all live in that unseen world and also live here.

2. I only decreed what the Lord moved me to decree

3. I was not in control, the Holy Spirit was in control

4. What ever I decree by the Spirit of God in a dream, trance or vision always come to pass. In the natural, it can come to pass immediately or after a while.

5. Idol worship is a very grievous offense against God and humanity because it is worship of death since idols are vain imaginations that do not really exist. The foundation of idol worship is human blood, witchcraft and cultism. What is being worshiped is destruction of human beings clothed and shouldered in the lies and smokescreen of idol worship.

6. We will all die but what matters is heaven. The judgement of death they received is both physical and spiritual. Now, spiritual death is really really horrible.

7. We must all shun and flee idolatry. It is just like consuming the worst poison that man has never been capable of contemplating or imagining.

8. We must exalt the word of God above man and doctrines of man. In this vision they were judged by the Bible that they were holding which they had scorned, looked down on and despised. The Holy Spirit who is the living word and also the Spirit of Jesus Christ – the word of God judged them.

The word of God is what will judge us. We are free but we not free to reject the word of God. Rejecting the word of God is death. The freedom is between life and death so if we reject the word of God which is the source of life all we have left is death.

My Name Is Grace

My Name Is Grace

Revelations and messages 2

2. My name is grace

A very long time ago, I was in a dream and was trying to climb over a wall. The wall was very high and difficult to climb. I became very frustrated and gave a tired sigh before giving up. Suddenly, a man walked up to me and said, “ I know the way, I will help you.” Surprised and pleased at the man’s magnanimity, I looked closely at him as I queried, “ Who are you?” He replied, “Grace, my name is grace.” Then I woke up.

His name is Grace

Jesus is the grace of God and the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of grace. A lot of Christians have forgotten about grace and are doing things their own way. I know because I was once like that. As a human being the temptation is still present and I constantly watch my back and examine myself and my doctrines. Also, a lot of false doctrines focus on one thing – self dependence.

Self dependence is not very far away from the devil because the devil is the god of self. self dependence, self promotion self satisfaction at the expense of others is a foundation for devil worship.

Most Churches including orthodox and non orthodox believers have fallen into the error and trap of self dependence without even being aware of it. Most of the visions and revelations that the Lord has given me is for correcting errors and false doctrines in His Church.

Do not let all kinds of strange teachings lead you from the right way. It is good to receive inner strength from God’s grace, and not by obeying rules about foods; those who obey these rules have not been helped by them. Hebrews 13:9

Guard against turning back from the grace of God. Let no one become like a bitter plant that grows up and causes many troubles with its poison. Hebrews 12:15

The Lord Himself kept correcting and teaching me until I became much more submissive. It is certainly human nature to forget about grace and rely on ourselves but that is not the will of God. If we could do it and experience God by our own effort, Jesus would not have died for us and we would not have been given the Holy Spirit who is the Spirit of grace as a gift.

What, then, of those who despise the Son of God? who treat as a cheap thing the blood of God’s covenant which purified them from sin? who insult the Spirit of grace? Just think how much worse is the punishment they will deserve! Hebrews 10:29

Jesus as the grace of God is a need that we can never deny. Everything comes by Him and through Him and without Him – the grace of God, we can do nothing. We can continue trying to climb high walls and mountains by our own effort but that is a road to futility.

I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. John 15:5

He went on to say, “This is why I told you that no one can come to me unless the Father has enabled them.” John 6:65

God wants us to depend completely on Him for our needs because we have a high priest that is able to meet our needs. He made and designed us that way. Paul had this secret and he utilised it to get to become the mature believer that he was on earth. God even permitted thorns to afflict Paul in order to make Him more dependent on His grace.

But to keep me from being puffed up with pride because of the many wonderful things I saw, I was given a painful physical ailment, which acts as Satan’s messenger to beat me and keep me from being proud. Three times I prayed to the Lord about this and asked him to take it away.  But his answer was: “My grace is all you need, for my power is greatest when you are weak.” I am most happy, then, to be proud of my weaknesses, in order to feel the protection of Christ’s power over me. I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and difficulties for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong. 2 Corinthians 12:7

His grace is all we need

His grace is all we need and it is only the wisdom of God that will teach us and make us realise this. The Bible says that we should ask for wisdom is if we lack it. His strength is perfected in weakness because it is in the place of weakness that we hear God better.

God permits weakness to give us the revelation of self awareness. It is a gift and a grace in itself. Most of the visions and revelations I have had, have been when I was in difficult places. As I matured and knew the way, God took away the difficult places because there was no longer any need for me to be in “ Spiritual Prison.”

The weakness that Paul experienced enabled Him to keep humble and remain in the place of self awareness – man’s power is of no use. A lot of deceived people are the way they are because they have not experienced the kind of weakness that leads to self awareness. They exalt themselves because of money, fame, power, success and influence. They keep thinking they are great and look down on God until they die and find themselves at the gates of hell. Hell is a place of absolute weakness. It is better for us to know our true condition as human beings on earth than to realise our true condition and powerlessness in hell.

Self dependence leads to frustrations

In the very vision that I described above, I stated that I became frustrated after a while. That is what happens in reality in our daily lives as Christians. If we are frustrated by failures in our Christian lives and lack of spiritual growth then God is trying to tell us something. He is letting us know that we need to depend more on Him and His grace to get the the pinnacle of the Christian Experience.

Self dependence is pride

It is pride that leads to self dependence and the Bible tells us that God resist the proud but gives grace to the humble. When we become humble by true self assessment and realisation of our need for God’s grace, we will keep praying and asking for more grace and God who is faithful will provide great grace. He is the God of all grace. No matter the level and type of grace that we need, God is ever willing and ready to meet us at our point of need.

But the grace that God gives is even stronger. As the scripture says, “God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.” James 4:

He knows the way

Jesus is the way and knows the way. He is the one that can tell us how to climb the tallest walls and mountains. He is the one that will tell us the root of our problems and the solutions to our problem. He will also tell and teach us us how to become mature Christians by His wisdom. He definitely knows the way and He is waiting for us to come closer to Him to learn more about “The Way.”

He can Help us

He is our helper. He said to me, “I know the way and I will help you.” All I needed to do was ask for his help and depend on Him completely. We all need to realise that the Holy Spirit is our helper. If we ignore Him, He will ignore us and if we invite Him, He is ever ready to help us.

Several times in the past I have found myself in visions and trances where I asked the Lord, “Lord, why are you ignoring me.” These were periods when I was not enjoying deep fellowships with the Lord and not hearing Him the way I was used to hearing Him. They were periods of spiritual dryness. The Lord would reply me and say, “you are the one ignoring Me.” I would come out of the trance and vision and admit that I was the one ignoring Him.

If we draw close to Him, He will draw close to us. I was ignoring Him by not depending on Him, spending long hours with Him or talking to Him. Yes, the Lord loves it when we talk to Him even if we think He is not hearing or responding to us. He loves it. This is a separate topic that I will talk about in another post.

Throne of Grace

Grace is so paramount that the throne of God is called the throne of grace. It is that grace that helps us to be victorious in our Christian lives. Grace comes from the mercy of God and Jesus is also the mercy of God. May we never ignore the throne of grace and keep approaching God’s throne in prayer everyday day.

Let us have confidence, then, and approach God’s throne, where there is grace. There we will receive mercy and find grace to help us just when we need it. Hebrews 4:16

We must continue growing in grace

Grace is in levels and we must continue growing in grace and not give up until we get to a place of all grace and great grace. The apostles enjoyed great grace upon them and Jesus was full of grace. If Jesus and the apostles needed grace, we also need grace and we must keep climbing the mountain and tower of grace until we get to the top. At the top of that Holy Mountain is where we will enjoy glory, power and touch precious stones.

We will swim and dance constantly in the living water. He will become our soap and perfume, constantly cleansing us, purifying us, protecting us and empowering us. At the holy mountain of great grace, we will constantly bathe and soak in the latter rain.

But continue to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory, now and forever! Amen. 2 Peter 3:18

Brethren, let us realise that Jesus is the grace of God and depend on Him – “God’s Grace” completely. That is the only way to victory in Christ.

No More Sacrifices

No More Sacrifices

Where there is forgiveness of these, there is no longer any offering for sin (Hebrews 10:18 ESV)

So let us come near to God with a sincere heart and a sure faith, with hearts that have been purified from a guilty conscience and with bodies washed with clean water. Hebrew 10:22

For by a single offering he has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified. (Hebrews 10:14 ESV)

Nor was it to offer himself repeatedly, as the high priest enters the holy places every year with blood not his own, for then he would have had to suffer repeatedly since the foundation of the world. But as it is, he has appeared once for all at the end of the ages to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself (Hebrews 9:25-26)

Christ, however, offered one sacrifice for sins, an offering that is effective forever, and then he sat down at the right side of God. Hebrews 10:12

Because we have been forgiven

There is no longer

Any need for sin offerings

Or offerings for sin

Men are naturally born

With guilty conscience

That tells them that

They must pay for their sins

The truth is that

Man cannot pay for sins

Because no payment

Is enough to achieve forgiveness

Of sins

That was why God sent

His son Jesus

To pay for our sins with

His precious blood

Earthly religions

Are centered around

Offerings for sins

And sacrifices for sins

Even the religions that do

Not appear to offer sacrifices

Have hidden or secret sacrifices

Offered on their behalf

By religious leaders

Who hide it from

Their members

These leaders or Pastors

Are known as

Secret Priests

And the sacrifices they offer

Rob their victims

To pay the beneficiaries

Even the churches that claim

To sacrifice Jesus again

Are in great error

Jesus died once

He cannot suffer over

And over again

With continuous sacrifices.

He suffered once

He died once

With one sacrifice

He obtained eternal salvation

God condemns all forms

Of sacrifices

Whether hidden, secret

Or open

Because they appear innocent externally

But they are inherently evil

In the spirit world

Without the shedding of blood

There is no forgiveness of sins

So rejecting the blood of Jesus

Means that man is offering

Another blood for forgiveness

And freedom

He is looking for salvation elsewhere

And that salvation must come through blood

Any other offering or sacrifice

For sin is an abomination

Before God

And the priests

And beneficiaries of those

Offerings stand condemned before God

For this reason,

We must reject every other

Form of salvation and forgiveness

That is not dependent on the blood

Of Jesus
