Get Up

Get Up

If you fall in life

Please get up!

The floor is not your bed

Neither is it you pillow!

If you fall in life

Get up

By the grace of God

However

It is not by power

Or might

But by God’s grace

His grace is constantly

Available

Glory to God!

Message

Cling to God and never let go. He is the only one that can help you and He is willing to help you. We all need help and we all fall sometimes. The difference is that some are determined to get up and rise and some make the floor their new home and comfort. The truth is that God hates hopelessness and lack of faith. He can make our hope grow to maturity by the power of the Holy Spirit.

May God, the source of hope, fill you with all joy and peace by means of your faith in him, so that your hope will continue to grow by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:13

All we need to do is to depend on God in absolute surrender. The flesh can never help.

May we always rise up after every fall in Jesus name.

Fear Him

Fear Him

And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell. (Matthew 10_28 ESV)-2.png

And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell. (Matthew 10:28 ESV)

For those who refuse to love, respect or honor God, there is one last card – fear. This fear comes from a place of wisdom because it is impossible to escape the judge and judgement after breaking the law. This fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom but unfortunately, the devil has blinded many eyes in this era of history.

Some believers will even criticize those who mention hell, and warn people about hell, but the words ” fear Him who can destroy body and soul in Hell ” comes from the lips of Jesus. Nowadays, some believers know more than Jesus or maybe they are deliberately watering down the message to be more acceptable to the world. A lot of people in the world do not want to hear that word hell.

God prefers love and wants humans to see Him as a loving, gracious Father, and love Him. However, a lot of people do not go down that route. God then permit’s fear of Him as a judge. Those who experience this fear experience it as grace from God. This holy fear makes them run to God for shelter and peace. By the time they dwell under His canopy, God begins to give them more grace and revelation of Him as a good, loving, perfect God.

This insight then makes the believer love God with awe, respect, wonder, admiration and reverence. This is a holy fear. The other kind of fear is dread and terror. The holy fear comes from love and wisdom but the dread and terror come from sin and self.

Those who do not have any fear of God at all end up living in fear of the devil and exalt death and destruction over the grace and love of God. I know a lot of believers who came to the Lord through fear or problems. However, today they are filled with love for God and are on fire for God. Even Paul the Apostle was arrested by judgment, power and fear. He was struck blind and had no choice but to obey God and stop the killings. God can use bodily sorrow to make people repent and submit. Every sorrow and judgement attracts fear.

There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. 1 John 4:18

Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. Consequently, whoever rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves. For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and you will be commended. For the one in authority is God’s servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for rulers do not bear the sword for no reason. They are God’s servants, agents of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer. Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also as a matter of conscience. Romans 13: 1-5

Even in the physical world, the wise ones fear the law and the judge. They might not agree with everything in the law but they still keep the law to avoid the judge and law enforcement officers. Even when they travel to foreign countries, they try to learn their laws and avoid punishment. It is only the not so wise that go to foreign countries and live in ignorance of the law. When they break the law in ignorance and are caught, they end up in prison. At the end of the day, no amount of pleading or begging can save them.

Is it not baffling that those who fear the physical law, scorn and deride the spiritual law that was established to uphold and maintain the life of every human.? The reason for this, is that some people do not believe that there is a spiritual law – they do not also believe in judgement. This leads them to loose every form of fear and respect for God.

Jesus advised that men should fear God. This fear of the Lord is a holy fear that comes from love and respect. It will save men from fear of the devil, demons and hell. When men refuse to fear God, it is inevitable that they end up fearing judgement, death, Hell and destruction. May God fill us with godly fear and respect for Him – the type that leads to obedience.

Brought me

My trials gave you no pleasure

And in vain they worship Me

And in vain they worship Me

And in vain they worship Me,

Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.‘“ (Matthew 15:9 NKJV)

Anytime we try to replace or dilute the word of God with the commandments of men, we introduce confusion and darkness. When we do that, we worship God in vain because we will be busy obeying man made laws that might actually be offensive to God and end up honoring and worshiping idols. The worshippers actually believe that they are worshiping God but they are in fact disrespecting and insulting Him.

This false practice of teaching human doctrines as the commandments of God is found in most religions. It is only those who are born of the Holy Spirit that can escape this trap. Even after being born of the Spirt, believers must also strive to overcome all doctrines of men and false teachings that have been mixed with the word of God. Truth is in degrees and complete truth leads to complete victory.

May God help us to overcome all false teachings and the commandments of men in Jesus name.

Everybody

Everybody

I saw the title of a post that said, “ who was responsible for Jesus’s death?” and before I could even think, the word everybody bubbled out into my mind. As a Prophet, when I get thoughts that never came from me, I know it’s a revelation. Initially, my thought was, “where did that answer come from?” I even laughed at myself as I said to myself, “was it not Judas and the Jews of those days? – all those that chanted, “crucify Him, crucify Him.”

When those words, everybody came up into my mind, I had to reflect on it and I realized it was a true word. We are all responsible because all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. He died because of all of us. When Eve fell, it was humanity that fell. When she rejected the word of God, we all partook of that sin. It was human rebellion against the rulership and authority of God, so God sent Jesus to reverse that evil work and consequence.

Our constant rejection of the word of God is what led Jesus to the cross. Unfortunately people are still crucifying Christ every time they reject and crucify the word of God. The worst form of crucifying the word of God all over again is when believers fall away and reject the good news and God’s salvation.

To their loss they are crucifying the Son of God all over again and subjecting him to public disgrace. Hebrews 6:6

“You stiff-necked people! Your hearts and ears are still uncircumcised. You are just like your ancestors: You always resist the Holy Spirit! Acts 7:51

May we all realize that every time we crucify or reject the word of God, we crucify Christ all over again and we grieve the Holy Spirit and hurt Him. May we constantly seek to please Him in Jesus name.

Billows Of Golden Love

Billows Of Golden Love

(2 Timothy 2_22 NKJV).png

Flee also youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart. (2 Timothy 2:22 NKJV)

This Scripture instructs us to flee lusts and pursue righteousness, faith, peace and love. All these things are spiritual and reflect the character of God. If we pursue them, we are pursuing the kingdom of God and His righteousness. As we seek holiness without which no one will see the Lord, God Himself will pursue us with His love and favor. His love is more intoxicating than any other love. It is better than the love of any earthly man or woman.

Your father, mother, spouse, children, siblings, friends can abandon you but God will never abandon you. He will never leave you or forsake you. Isn’t that love worth fighting for? There are levels, depths and realms of God’s love. We all have His love but experientially, we all taste different levels and flavors of that love. Jesus and Paul lived in, and constantly tasted the highest realms of that love.

The reality of that love crucifies the flesh and makes the world dead to you. When you taste that love, all you will crave for and desire will be that love. That love is the living water that it flows from the throne of grace. Fight to taste and rise to the pinnacle and climax of that love.

When you get to the climax, pinnacle and zenith of that holy love, your spirit will explode and burst out in holy and sacred tongues. You will experience holy fireworks and taste heaven on earth. Billows of golden clouds and love will envelop you and embrace you. He will hug you and hold you tenderly in His arms and you will breathe Him in. Oh the glory of that love. If only we hunger for a taste and continuous taste of that love. That love is pure and indescribable. God is love – His love is real.

We must get our priorities right and know who our first love is. Christ is our first love and He is the word of God. The word of God decorates us with purity and holiness when we put it on. We need to be clothed with the whole counsel of the word of God and the armor of God. When we do that, we are living according to divine spiritual order and God will be pleased with us, and crown us with His living love. The best feeling in the world is knowing that God is pleased with us. When we live in Him experientially, as He also lives in us in intimate fellowship, we are truly blessed.

May Christ truly be our first love in Jesus name.

Rejoice With Those Who Rejoice

Rejoice With Those Who Rejoice

Rejoice with those who rejoice- mourn with those who mourn. Romans 12_15

Godly Reminders 7 (1)

And if one member suffers, all the members suffer with it; or if one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it. (1 Corinthians 12:26 NKJV

Who is weak, and I do not feel weak? Who is led into sin, and I do not inwardly burn? 2 Corinthians 11:29

Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn. Romans 12:15

This Scripture reminds us about pure love, commitment and devotion towards others. We, as Christians need to love one another to the extent that we actually suffer with others and rejoice when others are honored. Envy and jealousy should have no place in the life of Christians.

We are a family and one body in Christ and the genuineness of our faith is proved when we have empathy towards one another and practice altruism. The promotion and blessing of another should make us rejoice and the suffering of others should make us sad.

Feeling other peoples pain and selfless concern for the wellbeing of others is a necessary emotional intelligence tool and emotional skill that we must embrace to be more Christlike.

He Will Crown Us With Mercy

He Will Crown Us With Mercy

JESUS Saves

The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed

And afflicted

He will never forsake us

He will hear our prayers

And overtake our enemies

In the place of judgement

He will crown us with mercy

And beautify us with His eternal love

Psalm 9

For the director of music. To the tune of “The Death of the Son.” A psalm of David.

I will give thanks to you, Lord, with all my heart;
    I will tell of all your wonderful deeds.
I will be glad and rejoice in you;
    I will sing the praises of your name, O Most High.

My enemies turn back;
    they stumble and perish before you.
For you have upheld my right and my cause,
    sitting enthroned as the righteous judge.
You have rebuked the nations and destroyed the wicked;
    you have blotted out their name for ever and ever.
Endless ruin has overtaken my enemies,
    you have uprooted their cities;
    even the memory of them has perished.

The Lord reigns forever;
    he has established his throne for judgment.
He rules the world in righteousness
    and judges the peoples with equity.
The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed,
    a stronghold in times of trouble.
10 Those who know your name trust in you,
    for you, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek you.

11 Sing the praises of the Lord, enthroned in Zion;
    proclaim among the nations what he has done.
12 For he who avenges blood remembers;
    he does not ignore the cries of the afflicted.

13 Lord, see how my enemies persecute me!
    Have mercy and lift me up from the gates of death,
14 that I may declare your praises
    in the gates of Daughter Zion,
    and there rejoice in your salvation.

15 The nations have fallen into the pit they have dug;
    their feet are caught in the net they have hidden.
16 The Lord is known by his acts of justice;
    the wicked are ensnared by the work of their hands.c]”>[c]
17 The wicked go down to the realm of the dead,
    all the nations that forget God.
18 But God will never forget the needy;
    the hope of the afflicted will never perish.

19 Arise, Lord, do not let mortals triumph;
    let the nations be judged in your presence.
20 Strike them with terror, Lord;
    let the nations know they are only mortal.
