Loosing Self Dependence
Yes, we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves but in God who raises the dead, (2 Corinthians 1:9 NKJV)
Who delivered us from so great a death, and does deliver us; in whom we trust that He will still deliver us, (2 Corinthians 1:10 NKJV)
God is the one that takes us on the journey of loosing self trust. Self trust is our greatest enemy and a fierce enemy of God. Self trust takes God’s glory and attributes it to self. God therefore, permits events and circumstances that will make us realize that the arm of flesh always fails man.
By the time the flesh disappoints us over and over again and we gain wisdom, we then run to God with open arms and total surrender to Him, His grace and His power.
May God by His grace, lead us away from self dependence into God dependence and total surrender to Christ.

Amen we have to learn to stop looking at what we see and just allow the Lord to move . If we say we trust him then trust him , self doubt will pull you down . Great words of wisdom as always sis have a blessed day !!!
