For the hard times
And trials that

Closer to you
My trials gave you no pleasure

I forget the past
With its errors

Firmly fixed on
Christ
Who is the author
And finisher
Of my faith
I cling to Him
With firm and unyielding
Belief
In His ability
To help me
Get to the top of
The golden mountain
Where He has called me
To make my Home

My life
And my inspiration
You are the reason
That I smile
Laugh and rejoice
For you I will
Dance
Celebrate
And be glad
Because
You died in my place

Healing love

Try to care
When life is hard
And tough
And the fierce battle rages on

Even when it seems
Like you have no

Because the battles of life

1 Lord, our Lord,
how majestic is your name in all the earth!
You have set your glory
in the heavens.
2 Through the praise of children and infants
you have established a stronghold against your enemies,
to silence the foe and the avenger.
3 When I consider your heavens,
the work of your fingers,
the moon and the stars,
which you have set in place,
4 what is mankind that you are mindful of them,
human beings that you care for them?c]”>[c]
5 You have made themd]”>[d] a little lower than the angelse]”>[e]
and crowned themf]”>[f] with glory and honor.
6 You made them rulers over the works of your hands;
you put everything under theirg]”>[g] feet:
7 all flocks and herds,
and the animals of the wild,
8 the birds in the sky,
and the fish in the sea,
all that swim the paths of the seas.
9 Lord, our Lord,
how majestic is your name in all the earth!
Last Friday
I stumbled upon
A thorny rose
In a lovely garden
I picked up the thorny rose
To admire it
But I was badly pricked
Then I sat down
On the bench
In the garden
With tender tears
In my eyes
Full of contemplation
“Not all beautiful
And pleasurable things
Are good for us,”
I said to myself.”
Some sins
Are very pleasurable
But full of
Deadly thorns
Picking them up
Will not only prick us
But they will burn us badly
Sometimes with
Irreversible consequences
Do not pick up
Thorny roses
You are
My first and last breath
My life and joy
My sustenance and peace
By you
I am preserved and protected
Your name is sweet
And precious
And at the mention
Of your name
Every knee must bow
Jesus
May your name
Be my daily song
And prayer
May it be
My last prayer
And word
May it be said physically
And in my spirit
Because
I know that
You are my first and last breath
At the junction of light
I met my beloved
There we held hands
And embraced
His eyes sparkled of light
And His skin was gold
I held His right hand
And gazed at the golden skin
In awe and wonder
He smelt of honey
Love, joy, peace
And fruitfulness
I picked a purple fruit
From His chest
And ate
Voraciously
He watched as I ate
Smiling tenderly
With eyes full
Of love and mercy
My belly was filled
With joy from the holy fruit
As I burst and spoke in
The heavenly language
I could feel the river
Flowing from my innermost being
And heard myself call Him
Sweet, holy and tender names
My heart was filled with love
For my golden prince.
Then He laughed in delight as He said,
“Today,
You have tasted my joy
Joy will be your companion
And best friend
You will never again know sorrow
Like you knew it
In the past
Rejoice in me
My beloved
Because
My name is joy.”
Then a golden cloud covered Him
And He disappeared.
May grace, peace
Mercy, love and joy
Be ours in full measure.
The shattered broken
Pieces of my heart
Lay
At different corners
Of the earth
Waiting and praying fervently
For the healing touch
Of the master
His touch
Is the touch of love
That heals and binds
The wounded and
Broken hearted
He breathes joy
Where there is
Grief
Laughter in place
Of sorrow
Health in place
Of sickness
Life in place
Of death
His touch
Is the touch of love
Great Prince
High and lifted up
Holy and pure
Powerful and awesome
Be my magnificent obsession
May I always hunger
And thirst for righteousness
May pleasing you
Become my life’s ambition
And
Overtake and swallow
All other desires
May I love
The way you loved
And may I forgive
The way you forgave
May my zeal for your
Fathers house
Be my all encompassing desire
May my food be
To do the will of God
And finish His work
Great Prince
