Free Indeed

The day you gave your life to Christ is the day you gained your freedom – freedom from past sins and the attached punishments.
You also received freedom from the dominion of sin, inherited sacrifices, covenants, afflictions, punishments and freedom from all kinds of spells and curses. You were released, washed, justified, sanctified, purified, forgiven, redeemed and set free.
In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace which He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence. – Ephesians 1:7
If you had encountered Jesus or an anointed man of God that day, you would have experienced deliverance, freedom and liberty however, you did not.
Twenty years down the line, you are still struggling with the same afflictions you had before you gave your life to Christ. In your mind, you need to take yourself back to the day you gave your life to Christ and claim your freedom. It is your right in Christ Jesus. It is not Jesus that is keeping you from being delivered but the devil, and the foothold he has found in you is weak faith. Weak faith is the obstacle that is hindering and blocking your deliverance from confessed, forsaken sins. Any sin that has been forsaken and jilted does not have any legal right over you anymore.
As long as you look down on the blood of Jesus, your redemption will just sound like a song, story or mirage. It will not be a reality because your faith is too weak.
Christ has set you free. If you had been delivered by the anointing the day you became born again, you would have been free to fulfil your God ordained destiny because that is God’s will. Where there is no anointing, you must cling to faith and the word of God. That inherited baggage you are carrying, which is following you around must be surrendered to the blood of Jesus and the word of God. You must celebrate Christ and rejoice in His redemption until He shows up. You are free and free indeed. Just believe, praise God, thank Him, rejoice and celebrate.
For he who lacks these things is short-sighted, even to blindness, and has forgotten that he was cleansed from his old sins. – 2 Peter 1:9
Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage. – Galatians 5:1
We must also express our gratitude by loving God and others. If we are truly grateful to God, it will show in our actions. Hatred is a sign of ingratitude to God our redeemer. Freedom is what we have in Christ Jesus.
