Thank you so much for the wise words. If only a lot of people understand this. We really cannot give what we do not have. When we are depleted of love, because of wounded and broken emotions, we end up only taking from out partners and draining them because at that point, we are only capable of receiving love, to fill the void in us, but we can’t give or love back.
It’s not his or her fault – there simply isn’t any love left to give.
May God heal the broken hearted.
