A Great Light

In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him (1 John 4:9 NKJV)

His throne is above
His Kingdom is
In another realm
He is our father
Filled with love
And mercy
He sent His son
Into our world
To demonstrate
His great love

Those who were
Once in shackles
Have beheld a great light
That gave them life
Praise God
Because
His son has
Given us life
By the great sacrifice
On the cross
