The Golden Mountain

As I race towards

The prize

The glory

And high calling

I forget the past

With its errors

I look steadily

Never to gaze back

Or loose focus

I keep my eyes

Firmly fixed on

Who is the author

And finisher

Of my faith

I cling to Him

With firm and unyielding

In His ability

To help me

Get to the top of

The golden mountain

Where He has called me

To make my Home
